You don’t need to change anything about yourself or create some kind of method to shift to your reality or manifest your desire. You’re doing well, just keep believing in yourself.

It’s the moment. You will finally be happy. Close your eyes; when you open them again, your real world will be in front of you.

Don’t give up. Don’t forget how hard life has been for you, and that you deserve to be happy. I know what it’s like to feel all the time that you don’t belong here — and it’s true, we don’t belong here. We belong in a place where we can be happy and love freely with our loved ones. Believe in yourself, in shifting, because it’s the last step you need to take. You will shift, I promise you. Don’t give up, because it’s already yours. You’re already there.

Six Years of Dreams That Never Came True — Yet

Hi everyone, you can call me J.

I’m not really sure why I’m writing this post, but I just felt the need to express how I’ve been feeling about shifting lately.

It’s been almost six years now since I first joined the shifting community. Six whole years and in all that time, I’ve never had even a mini shift, not once. I’ve tried absolutely every single method I could find: the Law of Assumption, lucid dreaming, sleep paralysis, the Raven method, the Void method, and all the others that have ever been mentioned. I even created my own techniques. You name a method, I’ve probably tried it.

I truly, deeply believe in shifting. I believe it’s real, and that one day I’ll get there. But lately I’ve been asking myself what I’m doing wrong. Why can’t I shift, even though I believe with all my heart, even though I keep a positive mindset, even though I don’t idealize my DR and genuinely feel ready to shift for real, this time?

I keep wondering what I should do next. What if I just haven’t found the right method for me yet? Why am I starting to lose motivation, to feel that small voice inside me that says maybe it’s time to stop believing, even though I’ve believed for so long?

Sometimes I feel so lost. I start to wonder should I give up? Not just on shifting… but maybe on everything?

I know that sounds dramatic, but it’s how I feel right now.

I really hope that someone who has gone through the same thing, or is going through it right now, can share their story or advice. Maybe your words could help me find hope again.

And to anyone reading this — I truly, sincerely hope that you’ll shift soon. You deserve it. We all do.

Did you ever feel the need to shift that much that you don’t have the strength to do anything to shift? Yes, you’re not alone. Don’t give up, you will be happy too.

If your group shifting with someone because both of your lives are sad and you love each other very much, don’t give up. Both of you will be happy together.

How do I feel after writing I am the most beautiful girl in my DR.

Even if it’s hard.

You will shift.

Even if you doubt.

Even if someone tells you, you’re the problem.

You will shift.

Trust me, you will shift, because you deserve your happy end.

Since I started my shifting journey, I always asked myself if I was doing the right things. Do I do the good methods? Do I have the right mentality? Do I think about the right things? So I started looking on Tumblr for information to improve myself and my way of thinking, and when I started doing that I was surprised to see the number of creators that say "If you don’t shift it’s your fault" or "We told you a million times you need to do it that way, and if it’s not working maybe you should ask yourself what the problem is."

So I am writing this to all the people who doubt and are tired that we told them the same thing again and again. You have the right to doubt. You have the right to be frustrated that we told you all the time you’re the problem. You have feelings, and you have the right to be sad, to be angry because nothing seems to work.

Do not hate on yourself because someone says you're the problem. You will shift, even if someone says you're the problem. You will shift, even if it’s hard. You will shift, even if you're doubting.

Do not believe in what people say about you, believe in yourself.

I miss my family.

I miss my friends.

I miss my life.

I miss my s/o.

I miss my dr self.

I know you miss them too, but it’s okay let’s meet them soon.

When I started my shifting journey, I wanted to permashift immediately. I started to make my script and add everything I needed. Perfect face. Perfect Body. Perfect family. Perfect Friends. All I truly wanted, but at the same time I was asking myself. Why?

Why go to another universe with a new everything and left my life here in my CR? Why will I be happy and not the ones I left here? Why me? What did I do to deserve happiness?

I am an egotist.

Yes. And what? Why do I need to suffer here because they chose to not believe in what I am believing? Why would I sacrifice my happiness for them? I deserve to be happy! And I don’t care about anyone else! Yes, I am an egoist. Yes, I deserve happiness.

I am not leaving them behind. I am just choosing myself.

(And technically you don’t leave them behind, you just take consciousness in your DR. You are everywhere. Remember that. You’re your own GOD)
