The getting too old part. I swear I am, though! It’s getting to the point where there’s a generation of kids who have no idea who alex russo is. All that does is prove how fast time is flying. Anytime. Ugh, voice acting is a dream. I kind of want to do it forever.

Definitely understandable completely. I was the same way, but it’s also nice getting back into work too. I love staying active. True!  Wouldn’t it be nice if airplanes had nicer seats? Would make the whole flight so much comfortable.  Sorry, if I knew how to do that I would totally give you the advice.

Work really makes me feel busy and I end up liking it eventually.. It’s just getting to that point that takes forever for me, you know? My work excitement has definitely changed considering all the vile things people have to say these days. They need to, like... I can take a jet but not everyone has time for all of that. It’s cool, I’m usually getting the same answers, anyhow. coffee and sleep.. and more coffee.

Believe me, I think everyone feels that way after being lazy for so long.  I have been in Palm Springs working yet before that I was quite lazy.  A little too lazy even for me.  I’d say working with great people.  I am actually working with my former Marvel family and I am loving it.

Laziness is a real sickness and I don’t know how people recover from it so fast because I sure as hell never do. You have to shake me at least three times to get me fully here again. Excuse me for being completely out of the loop... but what are you guys working on? It must be something really cool if the old Marvel fam is together again.

This ‘going back to work’ syndrome sounds oddly contagious, don’t cha’ think? I’m thinkin’ I need a hazmat suit before steppin’ anywhere near you, Gomez. No, but realistically speaking, I’m not sure if there’s any way to fully prepare. Divin’ into the mess headfirst should really get ‘ya to the perfect start, then again … Am I really the best person to ask? My idea of a good time is hidin’ in my trailer, re-runs of Drag Race n’ lickin’ the cheeto dust off of my fingers. Remind me again, love, what’s it mean to work? I’m clueless, really.

It is, I feel like everyone is getting off their couch as soon as I decide to and thank god for that, I’m not alone in this. Seriously? Oh c’mon! It’s not that bad, I’m just a huge complainer. Just go all in head first? Sounds dangerous and like a huge commitment. I don’t know if I’m ready for that, man. Can we just.. switch lives for a second? Just a tiny second.

sometimes i think planning something can make it even harder to do because you’ve planned it out and thought about it and therefore given yourself expectations of what it should be like. but it never quite turns out that way. i think just having a healthy balance of work and home is the best way to go. 

that’s exactly what always ruins me, honestly. i plan so hard that i want everything to fit this completely impractical picture. it’s a sickness, honestly. you’re right. i need to start working closer to home so i can wind down a lot more. thanks, i think you just saved my life.

don’t feel old! you are always young at heart, i dont even think i’ve grew up properly yet even if i have a kid. Teach me your ways! 

you’re right, because sometimes i feel like i’m STILL alex russo. a sad sight, honestly. my ways? oh boy, you don’t want to know those. i promise. you’ll just end up with a huge caffeine rush.

Oh for sure, it brings you out of your bubble. Maybe you should make it easier by scheduling in a little break to come and see me? Or letting me come and see you? Sel, so much has happened with me lately and I haven’t been able to catch you up on any of it yet, it’s kind of disgraceful.

I love my bubble, though. I’ve decided I’m going to name it.. Selena’s Sanctuary. I’m up for either one, you know I can’t be away for too long. Especially since I’ve been playing ‘You Need To Calm Down’ to DEATH. It’s only making me miss you more. But.. I’ll come to you! Can I get the short version of what I’ve missed now, though?

congrats on getting back to work. is this music related? if so, i’m looking forward to it from you, to be honest. you come out with some catchy tunes. i don’t think i could be very much help with that, i don’t really know how to make it easier. i mean, other than a few daily naps.

thank you so much ! music and acting related. the music is moving way slower than the acting, though. mainly because the movie is already out. thank you again, wow. i really appreciate that. especially coming from someone with as powerful of a voice as you. daily naps sounds like the perfect medicine, actually.

I’m very very much excited to hear some new songs but I totally dread the whole going back to work thing. I’m going to have to get back to filming soon and yet all I wanna do is cuddle with Soph and never leave my bed. It’s a real struggle and if I didn’t miss Betty so much I’d never go back.

I love hearing that because let me tell you.. this is a project that I am very nervous about. Oh my gosh, that’s so precious, though. You guys deserve to spend all the time together and never have to work again. I understand. Riverdale is doing amazing right now too, right ?

That’s probably how I’m going to feel when I decide to throw myself back into the acting ring when I’m done with this vacation Thrones has given me. There is nothing that will ever make the going back to work syndrome any easier, sorry to burst your bubble.

It is, and I’ve gotten so used to being able to get home and just chill, ya know ? Throw on some Golden Girls or something. Jump in head first, got it. It’s fine, though. I just have a dog that needs constant love and an album that needs it too. But don’t you have all the free time in the world with the Endgame finally being out and finished with ?

First things first are congrats in order for you getting back to work and putting wonderful things back into the world? Also it sucks i know but there’s nothing that will curve the dread of going back to work. I say that because I wont be ready to go back to Riverdale when the time comes around.
