And I made a realization today... I can eat all of the potato salad I want and it's going to cost me 0 points. Because I only use mustard!!

I'm in heaven.

Because of this I only worked out 2 days. Oops.

So I lost 0 pounds this week. That's only 1 pound in two weeks.

But I did lose .5 inch on my hips and another .5 inch on my waist. So that's something.

I also got my Covid Vaccine Friday. Sore arm with a knot and my hands and feet were really cold that night. But now all of that is gone and I feel fine.

Okie so I have been trying to eat healthier lately and meal prep. Which is so time consuming but I think it's worth it.

This is my lunches and snacks for the week at work. They total 232 calories.

This, with my green smoothie for breakfast and two coffees a day, I have a total of 712 calories. Which leaves a lot for supper and anything that I might snack on. I havent planned supper yet because I'm kind of at a loss tbh lol. But I'll keep it as healthy as possible.
