Next time I see a bsd fanartist draw Chuuya as a stick (and everyone else as not-a-stick), I'm going to put my electronic down, roll my eyes really hard, then continue on with my life. Because in the end, their happy and not harming anyone so it doesn't matter.

Anyway. That's a pet peeve of mine overall when it comes to fandom.

Like I don't care if you just draw him like a normal person or if your stylistic art style has everything looking like lines and angles. I embrace that even, it's creative and fun. It's mostly when people draw certain characters different from how they draw others. And thats fine by itself, not what I look for in fandom, but like it's fine. It's just when those people show up in my blog or comment section claiming that me drawing a character (for this instance Chuuya) with a completely normal body type is wrong. Because and I quote, "he's not that masculine".

It just feels icky I guess.

If you see fault in what I have to say, look me in the metaphorical eye, maybe dust off your brain so it doesn't overheat, and explain it to me.

Personally, I see Chuuya (outside of highly stylized art) as having the bodyshape of a mixed martial artist (you know, what he is), or maybe a baseball player (because of the way he uses his ability).
