Because I love evil Caine, I love it when my bboy crashes out as a treat. But I am also a Caine apologist that believes Caine did nothing wrong EVER (yes, even that one time). So... here, another AU where Caine is forced to be evil by forces outside his control.

From some time now I have liked A LOT a fic call: "57 measures of restrain" where Caine was originally a torture program and has a reward sistem that makes it feel good every time he hurts a human. But because he is the best of boys he fights it and welp, you should go read it.

Then I read a fic call... misclick? I think? In AO3. Where Kinger erases the empathy module on Caine during chapter 8, making my boy into a full sadist (over simplification of the plot of that fic, should go read it).

I wanted to fuse both concepts and got the idea of the original Caine having his own reward system inverted by Kinger and having to fight it to continue taking care of his humans. Sadly, I have no original bone in my body and somebody else already wrote a fic like that, it's called: "We Bleed in Perfect Harmony" again, in AO3 (you should go read it is amazing!)

In the end my only contribution is: Wouldn't it be really cool if he lost that battle? And it was reflected in his model?!
