when signing out forms to apply for disability / filling out a form for diagnosis

you’re supposed to fill it out as you on your worst days

like, I filled out forms that said I could do most things usually

like, my doctor added in the conditions like “yeah, they can feed themselves when not stressed” “they can do this when not stressed”

but how I should have filled it out was more like

“some days I can’t feed myself” “some days I can’t leave the house”

My doctor didn’t even know this, but I talked to someone who had worked with people with both developmental and intellectual disabilities for a number of years, and she told me to write down how it is for your bad days

this should be a thing they tell you, but it isn’t

Kyle was found not guilty against everything he was accused of as the trial showed, while he possessed a firearm, it was legal for him to do so (whatever you may think about it.), he was attacked first, attempts on his life were had by a minimum of 3 people in the mob. One by an attack with a skateboard (assault with a deadly weapon), one that physically attacked him and tried to steal his gun (and chased him down the street) and one felon that was not supposed to have a gun aiming a firearm at him and getting his elbow vaporized.

It would be more accurate to read that Kyle killed 2 felons in self-defense; one of which was a wife batterer, another of which was a convicted abuser and pedophile, and another was an unlawfully carrying felon that attempted to murder him.

I don't remember seeing this quote before, even though I've read all Orwell's essays and a lot of his reviews, but I looked into it and it checks out. He was writing it during the Nazi Germany/Soviet Union pact begun in 1939 - the rest of the passage goes on to say
