Reveals!!!

Thank you to everyone who has been taking the time to leave a comment on the works, reblog our entries on Tumblr and generally helping to spread the word regarding our updates, we really appreciated it!

Just some details about how the exchange went for those who are interested:

Thank you to all the participants who stuck with us through to the end despite dropouts, pinch-hits or just finding the time to get your assignment finished amidst real life commitments. You're all awesome!!! Last but not least, you're free to start adding your creations to the AO3 Superbat Exchange Winter 2019 collection. It is moderated so please allow 24 hrs when you submit your fic to the queue.

We are almost there!

Currently we have a couple of pinch-hits out which, due to the short notice, are coming in tomorrow but we’re pleased to report it’s looking very good at the moment.

So, with that in mind, we have a slightly altered posting schedule.

Posting was due to start tomorrow, but we are delaying it by one day just to give us some breathing space. Reveal day will remain the same. Please see below for clarification:

Gift Posting - 10th - 14th December Reveals - 20th December

We’ll be posting 5-6 gifts per day and will do a summary each day of everything that has gone up. Please check back to our Tumblr regularly, our participants have all produced wonderful work and we can’t wait to show off their hard work to the Superbat community, and most especially, to the people they were created for.

The gifts we’ve received so far have all been amazing and we can’t wait for posting week 😍

About today: You have until midnight your time to submit your assignment. Please check out our how to submit post and ensure that everything is correctly formatted. We will do a check in case you’ve missed something by chance and if any issues, we’ll flag it with you.

If you’re struggling and you don’t think you’ll finish on time, please, please, please contact us ASAP so we can work with you. This is supposed to be fun, not stressful so we’ll do our best to support.

We will be sending out an email to those who indidcated they could pinch-hit to see if they are still available to cover a dropped assignment. If at the time you didn’t think you’d be able to pinch-hit but now you think you can, please drop us a DM so we know you’re available.
