Show me the black, brown, or Asian characters. Show me the where the culture of a character’s background comes into play. Mikasa is the ONLY visible PoC and she’s not even Asian; she’s Eurasian (MAJOR difference). 

And as far as I’m aware of, there does not appear to be any foreign culture within the setting of the show.
