Fail π³! I knew today was going to be tough because I've been sick and definitely didn't eat enough preworkout because my stomach wasn't feeling well. Then I got to the gym and saw my last set was 150lbs which is over 90% of my 1 rep max. π³ The second I took it down I knew this would be a struggle. π But that's how it goes sometimes! It ain't no thang. π€·πΌββοΈ I'm digging my new squat shoes though! They weren't the exact pair I wanted but Reebok was closing their location and I got em for $50! Having the most fabulous Saturday! First did a fantastic 1 hour Oly lifting class, then some heavy deadlifts and hip thrusts that left me walking funny, followed by delicious WaBa grill and some sunshine and beer time!
