i can do only 5 push ups but really horribly and without form though. to the point where they actually aren't push ups anymore and now I am just laying on the ground because its much more comfortable than doing a push up
fun fact that could actually be because of your center of gravity. 'normal' pushups are designed for people with broad shoulders, as this means their center of gravity is at their chest. idk what your body type is, but chances are it might be easier to do pushups on your knees instead of 'normal' pushups because your center of gravity might be at your waist instead.
