I know a lot of other “Tube” sites (the best example being Youtube) have sections to report stolen/copyrighted content, and they have to take it down under penalty of legal action. What seperates Mindgeek/Pornhub from this?

Pornhub and Youtube are wildly differnt. Pornhub (and every free porn site really) works like: Random customers (usually) will download a video from a paid site (or by buying the vid straight from the sex worker) and then upload that video somewhere else, making it accessible for free (i.e. people get access to their work without paying), on sites like those listed above.  Also, nearly every camgirl has every live show they ever do systemically stolen by bot-sites that autorecord and upload them.

DMCA requests to remove work are ignored. All of them. DMCA requests do not work. Even when a video is say, nonconsensually recorded and uploaded to the internet by another person, free porn sites do not respond to DMCA notices. *cough revenge porn sites cough*

Not to mention you’re hard pressed to even find a single video of yours, much less the multiple copies of every video on every site, every single time someone uploads it, and then file a DMCA request for every one, and follow up on every single one to make sure that the site has responded to the DMCA requests. Do ya get where I’m going with this? There’s not enough time in the day even if you didn’t have to eat sleep or work.

I feel like an arranged marriage AU is perfect for Tony x Peter, y’know? 

In some countries, you might get married while still just a kid. Age gaps are common, and often vary. 

You usually will marry someone in a higher class, someone who’s rich. Or you’ll marry into a family that has close ties to your own. I’m not sure if it happens now, but sometimes if you’re the rich person and you marry someone in a lower class than you, then you get bumped down to the class instead of that person joining your class. (I think that was in a certain religion? Or used to happen in a certain country a long time ago?)

There’s a ton of good potential fics with this AU. 

Tony could be a wealthy man in a Middle Eastern country who’s been putting off marriage in favor of his businesses, but he knows that eventually someone has to carry the business on after he’s gone.

It can be an alternate universe where Tony has to marry someone but it has to be a super or genius like himself, and despite people thinking that Iron Man and Captain America will become a thing, he marries a superhero in Queens called Spider-Man; and for angst everyone (the media) can be like “who the heck is this new guy?”

Tony needs to marry and everyone is recommending all these women, and although beautiful and some of them great connections to other people, Tony marries this kid called Peter; he does so because unlike all these people telling him (ordering him) to marry these women, a kind lady named May asks so kindly and humbly for him to marry her nephew.

Or maybe he’s gotten recommendations of men too, but a lot of them are rude men who only want Tony’s money for their own businesses or to live lazily in luxury, but then there’s May and sweet Peter who, when he meets Tony, apologizes that he doesn’t have any money to give Tony. And hell, May raised Peter so well, that of course Tony would want her in his family, that of course he’d want to marry her nephew of good manners and intentions.

There could be a role reversal AU where Peter’s family is rich, but with Ben gone he’s in charge and he needs some guidance (aka, a husband or wife). Meanwhile, Tony’s a poor but intelligent mechanic situated at the edge of the rich city Peter lives in. Peter finds out about him and the marriage is arranged, although of course Tony wants to take charge right away, because Peter is still just a kid. OR, not really arranged, but Peter could hire Tony to do nearly everything for him, and they fall in love.
