No one is stopping you from creating a Facebook or Twitter account :) You don't even have to use it. Just open an account, send in your screenshots and be done with it.
Vegetables are amazing for you! They reduce risk of heart disease, are known to protect against certain types of cancer and can help decrease bone loss. That being said, this week's task is to try a vegetable you have never eaten. For your report, let me know what kind of vegetable you tried, what you ate it with and if you liked it or not. I had the Asian salad for dinner the other night and it was SO good.
Minimum # of days you need to complete this challenge: 3 (You can eat the same vegetable all three days or try a new one each time. But try and be creative and prepare them different ways. Steaming, baking, roasting, etc.)
So per request, I am going to compile a list of your guys favorite running songs that you submitted for the bonus challenge last week. Question about the new challenge: why is the minimum days 3? Do we have to run a mile three times? (I'm excited about this challenge!)
Yep exactly! This week's task needs to be done three times. This is the Summer 2013 CHALLENGE, guys, running one mile would be too easy ;) I've had a few people ask this so I'm going to post it publicly!

Your first physical challenge! This can be done outside or on a treadmill/elliptical.
If you choose to do it on a machine, take a picture after you are finished that shows that you ran one mile and the time you ran it in.
If you choose to do it outside, download an iPhone/Android app that uses GPS to track your route (such as RunKeeper), take a screenshot and send it in.
If you don't have a smartphone, I will just have to take your word for it. But PLEASE be honest. Remember, the object of this summer challenge is to push you to be extra healthy this season.Â
Whatever you choose to track it, you must include how long it took you to run one mile.
