Those who still think masculinity is universally rewarded as though it hasn't been met with institutionalization, corrective rape and more really think shoulder pads and lean in girlboss feminism was anything but a rug pull that made a few women very rich who pulled the ladder up behind them and it's fucking wild. You're going to fall for a multilevel marketing scheme if you don't wise up quick and those you alienated are sure as fuck not going to buy you out of it.
You will be hurt by individuals who are marginalized and it's important that you don't use that individual's actions as an excuse to be bigoted against an entire marginalized group of people.
Marginalized people have less access to crucial financial and mental health resources, that doesn't excuse bad actions taken against you and you don't ever have to forgive an individual who harms you, but understanding the circumstances that culminated in that harm can sometimes allow you to find some sense of closure in knowing that it wasn't personal or your fault and that there was nothing that you could or should have done differently to change the outcome. Systems need to change in ways that support people and you should not have to bare the burden of their failure.

Other nonbinary people will use their identity to assure you that this is fine and normal and that actually you're the reason we aren't taken seriously or respected if you don't accept this as peak representation
Binary trans people will argue over whether this character is TMA or TME because more binaries are surely what's needed in this situation
We gotta be too cool to care though, stoic while also being nurturing. Give and passively accept whatever's given with gratitude.
