“I think it’s in my EYES.” He kneads them in an attempt to remove the glitter ( an impossible feat but it didn’t hurt to try ) and then blinks, his vision blurring for a moment as he adjusts to the light. “And I just combed my hair.” A single sweep through his chestnut locks sends a copious amount of glitter to the floor –– where it would likely stay forever. “You’ve got one shot at getting out of being homeschooled by yours truly for the next two years.”

Taking precautions was a must. He takes a knee to bring himself closer to her height, head canted to the side. “Listen, Ana. Can I call you Ana? If I knew, I would have been more involved in your life. BELIEVE ME, I’m going to do my best to make up for it.”
