being in “waiting” mode (whatever that means??)
seeing the void state or manifesting or shifting as something it isn’t
having your 4th mental breakdown
making it a chore instead of just being
checking for “signs” like it’s a scavenger hunt
letting logic crash your imagination party
needing 47 affirmations, 12 crystals, 3 subliminals, and a blood moon before even trying
DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR JOURNEY IF YOU DO NOT ALLOW IT TO.
like, literally. read that again. out loud. whisper it. shout it. tape it to your wall. eat it if you have to.
you could be sat there, an entire anxious wreck of a human being, thoughts swirling like a blender on high, crying over some dumbass spiral you went through last night, questioning if you ruined it all, and STILL SHIFT. STILL MANIFEST. STILL GET EVERYTHING.
you own the fucking universe.
“this doesn’t affect me.” (and that’s final.)
have six anxious thoughts buzzing in your head like bees in a jar and decide “this doesn’t affect me.”
you know what happens when you say that? you strip those thoughts of their power. you take off their ugly little crowns. you silence them like turning down the volume on a YouTube ad. you are not submitting to them. you’re not letting them climb on top of you and pin you down and scream about your worth.
you’re just… letting them exist like furniture in a room you never use.
they’re guaranteed to leave on their own anyways. they always do. like uninvited guests who realize they overstayed their welcome. like fruit flies when the bananas finally rot out. like spam emails that eventually stop showing up in your inbox once you ignore them long enough.
so stop inviting them over.
stop treating them like they’re some friendly fucking neighbor who deserves a slice of your cake and a place in your brain.
if they come by, all smiley with a casserole in their hand? you look at them with dead eyes and go: “why are you here.”
ignore their presence. let them sit in silence on the couch. don’t feed them. don’t talk to them. let them know they’re not welcome but you’re also not wasting your breath kicking them out.
they’re in view only mode now.
you’re working on the doccument of your reality. they’re just peeking in from the sidelines. they can’t touch it. they can’t change it. they can’t edit it unless you hand them the pen, and why the hell would you?
“you mean nothing to me.” a diagnosis.
“you mean nothing to me.”
and ACT like that. i don’t care if you cried for five hours. i don’t care if you just threw your phone across the room after watching your favorite subliminal for the tenth time today. i don’t care if you spiral like it’s your hobby and reread the same “why you haven’t shifted yet” post like it’s a bedtime story.
you are still valid. you are still shifting. you are still manifesting.
if you’re still here. if you haven’t given up. if you’re even READING this post.
that’s resilience. that’s power. that’s refusal to hand your mind over to something lesser than you.
stop letting other people hand you labels like they’re some authority over your experience.
you’re panicking? understandable.
none of it is a death sentence.
these bloggers online are not therapists. they are not licensed. they are not authors of your story. they don’t get to diagnose you or your mindset or tell you why it’s “not working.”
the only one with the clipboard and the power and the prescription pad?
you write the diagnosis. you choose your own damn narrative. and if that narrative is “this weird spiral and these little scary thoughts don’t mean anything and i’m still on top,” then that’s what it is.
you could be a whole mess on the outside.
but if inside you’re like,
“none of this counts against me,”
you don’t owe your spirals a home
you don’t need to host these fears like they pay rent.
they knock on the door, okay.
you might even peek through the blinds and mutter “oh not this bitch again”
but you don’t owe them a seat at the table. you don’t need to hand them a dinner plate and say “here’s everything i’m trying to fix about myself, please eat it.”
let them pass through. let them wander. let them echo for a bit if they must.
but stop tying yourself to the idea that they mean something about your success.
they only ever meant something when you gave them meaning.
so. to whoever’s reading this, still clinging onto the idea that because you cried or doubted or panicked that you’re not worthy of your desires:
you don’t have to be perfect.
you don’t have to be emotionless.
you don’t have to meditate in a cave or go completely thoughtless or “wait” patiently in the void like you’re in line at the DMV.
you can be a raging little mess and still shift.
you can cry and still get your SP.
you can say “i hate this journey” and still wake up in your DR tomorrow.
make your own rules. claim your own power.
build your own fucking house and put a sign on the door that says: “only i get to speak here.”
