the sky is a perfect shade of blue , the sun is out , and the clouds look like they were painted on . a perfect day on earth . you were taking a walk in the park , bathing in the sunlight and observing the greenery when you saw a man standing near the bridge hidden in plain sight . you looked around making sure no one was watching and made your way toward the bridge

before you could even reach the bottom , the man’s lips crashed onto yours , not possessive but sweet . almost craved you could say , as if he’d been waiting a long time to kiss you . well that’s exactly the thing

‘ i’ve missed you ’ you placed a hand on his face only parting your lips from his to get a better look at him after all this time . his jet black hair , the sharp angles of his face , his blue eyes . . . ugh just everything

he grinned but didn’t say anything back , loki isn’t the type of man to say he missed someone , his emotions aren’t really seen . for all we know he isn’t even a man but a god . but you know that in that heart of his heart does have emotions to give , it’s just taking you a while to get them out

‘ what took you so long ? i’ve been waiting for hours ’

he scoffed lightly ‘ always impatient are you ? ’ his hands ran through your hair quickly , the irony you thought , ‘ my dear brother was wasting my time trying to follow me , you know i can not leave with a trail ’

‘ loki , i really don’t think he’ll say anything . he’s in love with that jane girl you said ’

‘ and ? ’

you sighed and kissed the corner of his mouth ‘ i think you’re afraid ’

he released you from his grip ‘ afraid ? me afraid ? you do know you’re talking to a god sweetheart ? ’ you raised an eyebrow and he immediately lowered his defenses ‘ sorry . but i am not afraid , anything but afraid ! ’

‘ please , you only see me when no one is looking , you never walk in the sunlight for christ sake . and ! you never actually tell me you like or love me ’

‘ that’s not true ! . . . okay maybe a little true ’ he got closer and placed his hands on your waist ‘ i do . . . like you ’

‘ like ? ’ he sighed , you could tell he wanted to say to say those words but some thing in him was stopping him but who are you if not a tease ? ‘ if that’s the case what am i doing here ? ’

‘ what ? ’

‘ well i’m just gonna go home now . i mean i can’t kiss someone who just likes me ! right ? ’ you managed to get out of his tight grasp and walked back where you came from

you heard him groan and mumble under his breath as you walked away from the bridge . your pace was quick , a tactic to make him confess in broad daylight . about three minutes later he caught up to you ‘ sweetheart . . . you know i . . . ’

‘ you what ? ’

‘ you know i love you and care for you and you know i try . do you really think thor wouldn’t say anything ? ’

‘ i think he’ll laugh and say he told you so but he understands . and i love you too by the way . now let’s go ’

‘ where ? ’

‘ somewhere thor will see us ’

‘ you’re annoying ’

‘ you surrendered ’
