The itgirlbloggers community would slowly lose momentum. Some loyal members would be sad and post “come back” messages. Activity would drop significantly. The community would become quiet or almost inactive. Some members might leave or move to other girlblogging spaces. The term “itgirlblogging” would lose its main advocate and could be adopted (or diluted) by others. Itgirlbloggers would likely shrink to a very small, inactive group or slowly die out. Someone else might eventually try to take the “itgirlblogger” concept, but it wouldn’t have the same vision and standards.
