When you think about what you want and who you want to be in this lifestime and the type of identity I'd need to take on in order to become I think of these three women.

I admire their careers, their relationships, their bodies, the way they show up and represent themselves and their contribution.

I think the best thing we can learn is identity switching, there are no generational curses only generational patterns. So if your family has a pattern of prioritizing things that aren't best for you and your development you need to find the strength to change so you have the life you want. Without such a shift you will forever be stuck recreating that pattern and with an identity that has nothing to do with you, an identity that was largely informed by your parents fears and unresolved traumas.

It takes courage to look at your life and want more. But it takes even more courage, drive and determination to know you deserve more and go for that. When you think about your next identity think about the car she drives, the men she dates, the times she wakes up, her health and her finances. Let that be the guide for your behaviour, standards and routines.

Firstly ladies we are far too gorgeous, educated, loving and special to be dealing with dust! When you're rare many people love the idea of that but MANY people cannot look after that because they've never dealt with anyone like you. That's when you leave! That's when they lose you and lose access to you.

Let people lose you instead of trying to convince them that you're worth! Diamonds don't convince you to pick them over pebbles. It's angel energy only with some damn good boundaries. If people don't have the capacity to see your worth and treat you right, leave. Don't bother trying to get even and playing in the mud.

Sinicism and resentment have devastating impacts on your looks, your mind and your spirit. So avoid those feelings and your health will thank you!
