Someone please hear me out, I feel like I'm going mad.
When I was younger I have vivid memories of watching a Taylor Swift music video for the song "Enchanted" (somewhere between 2010 and 2015). I have been told by the whole of the internet that this does not exist but I watched it so many times that there had to have been something. Even if I'm misremembering slightly.
In the video, she's wearing a purple ballgown, similar to the one on the cover of Speak Now. There is a masquerade ball and there are pillars around the ballroom with flowers and dancing, and I think she takes a walk in a flowered garden at some point. I'm also pretty sure there's a scene with a four poster bed.
Yes, I have watched all of the Wonderstruck perfume commercials, its not any of those. Or at least none that exist anymore. None of them include the masquerade or purple dress I remember so well. Maybe they made an extended version and labelled it as the Enchanted music video before changing their minds and releasing the perfume? Because the video also mysteriously disappeared a few years ago. That's my current theory anyway.
I cannot be the only one who remembers this, I saw a post by someone else a few years ago but can't find it now.

Hi! I don't know the video you're describing, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was a fan edit put together from footage of Taylor from other projects or behind the scenes footage from photoshoots -- this is really common with fan favorite songs that never got music videos. I found several fan videos from the time frame but I don't think any of them are the one you're describing (I'll link them here just in case though: 2012, 2012, 2014, and 2015).
There never was an official Enchanted music video. The footage for Wonderstruck was filmed specifically for the advertisement - the perfume had a huge campaign at the time and she did several behind the scenes things about it.
I also looked into photoshoots from that time frame because again, it's really common for people to use video from photoshoot bts for fan edits/videos. I couldn't find anything that was exactly what you were describing (specifically the masquerade element - I can't really find anything with that) but here's a couple of shoots that had similar vibes?
InStyle US 2013 - This doesn't have anything indoors, nor does it have a purple ball gown, but there was a lot of footage of her outside in a garden and various gowns:
Wonderstruck/Enchanted Wonderstruck - I admit the very first thing I thought of while reading your post was the Wonderstruck commercials she filmed, but like you I couldn't find anything with a purple gown or a masquerade in those videos. What I did find was some promotional shots taking for print ads, one of which has her in a purple ballgown that really seems to fit your description? I haven't been able to find any behind the scenes footage of her in this gown (given how reminiscent it is of the Speak Now cover, I wouldn't be surprised if it was painted in post like that one was) but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist:
Vanity Fair 2013 - When I started looking, the first shoot I thought of was this Vanity Fair shoot, just because the location kind of has the same sort of vibe? None of the dresses are purple, though, and there's no outdoor shots. The closest gown to what you are describing would be this one:
Vanity Fair 2015 - I don't think this is the one but I thought I'd mention it because it's the only thing I could find with masquerade references:
Elle Canada 2013 - I also don't think it's this one given the lack of a detailed set, but she is in ball gowns reminiscent of Speak Now so again, I thought I'd mention it:
8 Hours with Taylor Swift - this was a photobook thing she posed for in 2012, again there's nothing with masquerades in it that I can tell, but there is footage of it and her in fancy dresses in gardens (one of which is purple, although it's not a ballgown):
In conclusion, I don't think I've found what you're describing and have likely been extremely unhelpful, but here are some places to look just in case. There's probably something obvious that I've just missed - if you ever do find the video you're thinking of, please let me know because I'm extremely invested now lol

It definitely could have been a fan edit but it was so well constructed and put together that it makes me think it was a prelude to wonderstruck that has since been deleted. I noticed some of her other videos (like the one that features her 18th birthday party) have also been deleted but they're a bit easier to find copies of.
I also tried looking at movies that came out at a similar time or other music videos that someone might have used their footage but I haven't found anything unfortunately.
I will keep looking and maybe I won't find anything but I'm not going down without a fight. Thanks again for your help!

y’all better hype this up because this is BIG and is evidence that the berlin patient wasn’t a fluke, and this could revolutionize medicine (there’s already cases of cancers where methods similar to these have worked), and while you’re at it, please join a bone marrow registry!! (especially poc bc these therapies usually only have been done on white patients due to genetic similarities, and the more poc we get in registries the more access poc patients can have to this for cancers, SSS, etc)
