If anyone has time to read this, please do. This is Charles Trippy, in February 2012 he had a seizure while on tour with his band, We The Kings, he then had an MRI to see what the cause was, and it turned out to be a tumor. Then he had brain surgery later that month and everything went great. Once the test results came back, we found out that his tumor was benign, and that he shouldn’t have any more problems. Then over the past year and a half, he suffered from several seizures. He had another MRI in the beginning of September and his tumor was back. Then on the 17th he had his second brain surgery, but this time he was awake. And now for the past couple of weeks he has been going through some therapy to regain control on his left side, and his speech, and he has been doing great. But on the 3rd, we found out some bad news. From his pathology test, he had a grade 2 oligodendroglioma from before but now he had a grade 3 oligodendroglioma or an anaplastic oligodendroglioma which means that it is a malignant brain tumor, which classifies it as a type of brain cancer, and luckily doesn’t spread throughout the body and only stays in that one spot. Now they are planning to start Charles on chemotherapy in a few weeks. Now what I ask from you is to please put Charles and his wife Alli in your thoughts and prayers. Charles is one of the most important people in my life and I don’t know what I would do without him.
