You might need to get someone who is qualified to prescribe stuff. Some therapists are, but some are just therapists. They can talk with you and try to make you feel better about your anxiety to see if that helps take the edge off, but if it's too severe, you probably need a psychiatrist.

some parents will really be like: “i am going to make a joke that directly references my child’s insecurities, and worse, i am going to do it in public to other people, therefore exposing those insecurities to others” and then turn around and be like “hayden doesn’t really talk to me anymore. they’re so angry all the time and i don’t know why. i am perfect. this is bc of social media.”
