Are you like me, experiencing present times like it’s a runaway roller-coaster at the moment. I feel like we are in a state of ‘karmic quickening’ where everything is really beyond intense.

Yes, we are living in the most exciting times ever but just sometimes I also find myself wishing for some peace & quiet over excitement. What are your experiences at the moment, I’d love to hear from you.

It intrigued me to hear through life that some people encouraged me to NOT be so honest about life, business & even health.

I’ve never advocated ‘fake it till you make it’ because I believe our personal superpower lies in being true to our own genuine divine authenticity.

I’ve found telling fibs is just the most exhausting thing to try doing.

You will always get honesty from me.

Here goes - May for me was an exceptionally heavy month.

I lost my brother to cancer in one of the most busiest time Success Loops has seen - I had three speaking commitments to prepare & deliver in the week after his passing - it’s been a bit brutal to juggle grief & productivity at once.

Yesterday, I attended a funeral yesterday of someone who lost their battle with depression & tapped out. Man, it breaks my heart to observe this - I made an openly available masterclass of tools that I myself used to beat depression - it’s free on the Mastery Academy.

We are already one third of the way through 2026.

They say time is like a roll of toilet paper – the closer you get to the end the faster it goes.

All the experts say it – TIME is our greatest asset – invest in it wisely. Even though we know this, I still find myself guilty of squandering it sometimes.

But being aware of wasting time is actually a good thing. We live in time where everything is competing for your attention.

So don’t go beating yourself up for catching yourself misspending time – or you will be wasting even more time.

Also don’t be wasting more precious time judging all those people that are making this current time so “interesting.”

- Do this instead.

Rather decide what would be the most productive thing you could do now & then just follow through with that by taking decisive action.

Conquering Depression_ My Journey and Powerful Strategies

So for me it was I was able to look at all the case studies that I've done for success strategies and I would actually tabulate them and I'd research them and out of that I created a a tutorial called training with titans and then i can see that and say: right this is me this is the research that i do that I'm that I'm super intrigued with i also then recorded my journey of when i was stuck in depression and i was stuck in the deep dark quicksand of depression and i was able to really go in deep assess this and it was and it was not easy it was bloody hard and I was able to then to see how I could personally pull myself through it in the ways that align with me Now I also have created a training out of that which is the Stress Anxiety and Depression SAD training S-A-D and that has now become part of my purpose as I have that to offer

While it is almost impossible to achieve right now, this awareness can definitely alleviate a lot of our current suffering.

STOP feeling that YOU need to change yourself to become better.

Creation doesn't make mistakes.

You are MORE than you think you are.

It's not about Making yourself Better.

It's allowing the 'better' that you already are (but unaware of) to flow into your current state of being.

Get inspired - then follow up with inspired action.
