Teaching Learning systems dates back many decades, where the instructors create a motivating and inclusive environment where they can flow the stream of knowledge and experience they have on a specific subject matter. The students learn the subject matter, work on their skills and gain experience of their own. Online Teaching Learning (OTL), often referred to as “E-learning” is the newest and by far the most popular form of teaching and learning where teaching-learning experience takes place over the internet. Online teaching learning comprises a range of technologies like: emails, chats, audio and video interaction, that enables the learner to learn at their own convenience. In OTL, the teachers facilitate the students with subject matters and knowledge contents rather than acting as the transmitter and the students are responsible for learning the content. With the rapid development of internet and technologies, people find it much easier to engage themselves in the courses and degrees offered over the internet. Surveys show that especially the institutions of higher education have been increasingly embracing the online teaching learning systems as a means of inexpensive and convenient form of education. Taking the present circumstances of World pandemic COVID-19, Online Learning has become a major key to continue the flow to teaching and learning experiences even when the educational sectors are being shut down all over the World. Organizations have been working to shift the Learning from Traditional/Physical System to Online System at present and in the past too. The OTL systems helps enormously in educating the ever-increasing population of learners which include the people from remote areas, people who cannot afford or cannot find the courses of their choice in the affordable institutions. Online learning has become the new way of distance learning, where the learner don’t have to report to an institution for learning but can learn and gain new skill at any place of their convenience through the internet. OTL has become a reliable source of knowledge for the working people with severe commitments and tight work schedules.
