trust and believe the fandom will make every attractive and wealthy character a tragic figure with a traumatizing past, twist their narrative, make them morally grey to make them cooler, and remove them from jkr but the second a real tragic figure with a traumatic past and morally grey actions appears they don’t know how to handle it and are incapable of removing the character from the author!!! why is everyone allergic to characters that aren’t attractive or rich or privileged unless they themselves are the ones making the characters unattractive or poor or unprivileged!!!
