Insinuating Circumstances

There is of course conflicting information available due to language barriers, misunderstandings, inquiries not being specific enough, and companies not knowing whether their products could be considered vegan or refusing to answer questions… so it can be kind of overwhelming looking for info.

SO remember you’re doing your best, try contacting companies directly, and don’t beat yourself up if you learn that products you’ve been using contain bone char or honey! Do your own research and do what you can with the information and resources available to you!

I’ll update this post as I find more sources but for now here is all I’ve found:

Vegan Pumpkin Spice French Toast

Ingredients:

4 slices of thick bread or toast

¾ cup dairy free milk (I used soy)

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

2 tbsp flour (I used chickpea)

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 pinch of salt

2 tbsp pumpkin puree

1 tbsp vegan butter for frying

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice for garnishing (optional)

1 tbsp sugar for garnishing (optional)

Directions:

1. Slice your bread into equal strips and set aside.

2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a wide bowl and whisk well.

3. Melt butter in a large pan. Quickly dip the toast slices into your batter. Do not soak! Then transfer the battered slices to your heated pan and fry each side until crust has formed (about 2 minutes on each side).

Camarilla

Therese- Maybe for a few minutes, but she does need get going for the evening.

LaCroix- He doesn’t have time for this! He’s got places to be and- and- alright this is pretty nice…

Sheriff- More than happy to comply. If LaCroix has a problem with him being a few minutes late then he’ll just pick him up and put him in a closet or something.

Struass- Of course! He always has time for you. All you ever need to do is ask.

Nosferatu

Imalia- Sure, if it’ll make you feel better. She actually really enjoys it herself as well.

Mitnick- Um, yeah? You don’t even have to ask him.

Barabbas- Hmmm, not really his thing. But, if it makes you happy then he’ll do it.

Bertram- If you want to snuggle up to someone that looks like him then you must be crazy! Uh, where are you going? That wasn’t him saying no.

Gary- Well, if he has to~ He wouldn’t do this for just anyone, you know.

Anarchs

Jeanette- There would be no asking as you would almost always wake up for the night with her already wrapped around you.

Damsel- Sure, she’d love to… just don’t tell the guys about it. She’s got a reputation to keep here.

Skelter- He would really need convincing. But, once he started you could hardly get him to stop.

Jack- For a little bit this time, but don’t expect it every night. Mostly becasue he doesn’t know what he’s doing in this situation.

Nines- Bear hug before you can even finish your sentence. You have created a monster. You will never be free for the rest of eternity (or at least the next fifteen minutes).

Independents

Vivi- Absolutely! If you didn’t ask then she was going to.

Ash- Sure, but not for too long. He likes it okay, but not his favorite thing.

Isaac- For awhile, yes. He knows that he has plenty to do for the night, but he also knows that he can easily over work himself if he doesn’t take time to rest like this.

Beckett- Ugh, are you serious? *wraps his arms around you* He’s a renowned anthropologist! *pulls you closer* What would make you think he would do something as childish as this? *snuggles face into your neck.

Other

Andrei- He would be delighted to hold you for as long as he can. Don’t stay there too long, though, as absentminded Tzimisce hands can be slightly dangerous.

Ming Xiao- This isn’t something that she really enjoys. She maybe, maybe will if she really cares about you.

Pisha- She would love to, but the situation might be a bit creepier than you expected due to her almost spider-like qualities.

Like, I was expecting to love Crowley. He was my favorite character in the book, I knew David Tennant would be perfect for him (and he was, GOD he was fantastic), I was 100% solidly prepared for that.

HE’S SO PRECIOUS????

He’s so excited? About everything?? Food, books, wine, learning the gavotte, double-crossing Nazis, you name it. He’s like a literal ray of sunshine every time he’s on screen, which is partly because he’s an angel and they deliberately dress him in white, and partly because Michael Sheen cranks every single emotion up to 11 and makes sure we see every single bit of it. (And that is the best acting choice e v e r.)

Like good lord, no wonder Crowley loves him after knowing him all of 5 minutes. How could you not?!

Crowley: I’ve had this angel for less than an hour but if anything happened to him, I would kill everyone in this room and then myself. Literally everybody watching Good Omens: HARD SAME.

I just. Guys. Aziraphale. I can’t. I love him so much, and I’m so happy so many other people feel the same way.

Vegan/activist communities outside of your country are MASSIVE. Just because you stereotype continents such as latin america or africa as full of starving people desperate to eat and kill anything doesn’t mean we actually are.

i love aziraphale’s dumb little reading glasses. should angels need glasses to read? presumably not! you’d think they could miracle their eyes to 20/20! but every possibility for their existence is good

1. he thinks they’re cool

2.  he thinks eccentric bookshop owners should wear glasses

3. he’s just gotten so used to humans who look his age needing glasses to read that he brought it on himself

4. this body has always had bad eyes. for whatever reason, they decided to hand out a far sighted angelic host, and aziraphale just dealt with it for 5000 years until someone invented glasses
