On the way to the Netherlands 2 weeks ago a miserable trip with TAP Portugal due to getting denied to board while being at the gate 20 min prior to departure and then ending up on a flight 9 hours later, when traveling by yourself with a 4 yr old child and seeing others (adults) being put on 2 earlier flights than the one they put us on... Really?!? And then to only hear that your complaint is being processed almost 2 weeks later! WTF? And now on the way we had to land at a different airport due to weather and being unable to wait in line any longer to land. Now waiting to hear if we're gonna be able to take on fuel here and make it to Miami sometime today... Can't say I'm very excited about TAP Portugal.... #TAP #Tapportugal #delays #flyingwithkids #airlines
