Newsflash: staying in shape is hard work and takes time and commitment. I got a bit chunky at one point… do y’all prefer the lean skinny look or the chubbier dadbod?

I am actually a bit embarrassed by the difference. I never meant to get this big. I’ve always been the skinny guy. But the positive reaction to my other posts has made me feel better about it. If you keep encouraging me like this, it won’t be long before I get really fat!
