His face looks like it can't decide whether to smile or to frown. His hands are shaking.
... This is starting to get weird. You mentally slap yourself, wondering why you would even CONSIDER inviting someone like HIM to hang around you after school. Getting picked on in school was bad enough, you mentally pull your hair out at the idea that you just asked a BULLY to see you AFTER SCHOOL. Why???
