"reflect on yourself"

I went to all of my classes today! I went to work then got dinner and took a long nap. I'm still so tired and exhausted. I worked on some physics notes and a cover letter.

Day 24: What's your favourite beverage?

I love tea! Overall, I like iced drinks more, especially if I buy a drink. If I make a drink a home I like hot tea because it is cozier

Day 24: Reflect on yourself

Have a social media detox session

From times to times I like to do this. It's always good to check who you follow, and who follows you, because so much happens in a network that we forget about it. My math teacher used to say that our networks and who we follow is like a curatorship: it's up to you to decide who's going to provide you with information. And of course, what information is really relevant to us. I cleaned up my networks, especially Twitter (which I consider the most complicated network in terms of bad content).

Meditate for 10 minutes

It had been a long time since I meditated - or simply stopped my routine for a while to do nothing. It felt so good that I meditated for about thirty minutes and then fell asleep. It was great. I have regained my energy after an exhausting morning of studying and now I feel fresh to continue my research report. Yeah, sometimes you have to stop - stop for real.

Drink at least 8 glasses of water

Yeah, I would say till now (9:42 in the morning) I had like three. So I'll keep going and hopefully will reach my goal. I'll bring updates 👀

21 — Do only one thing at a time:

Had a very slow day where I took my time with everything and tried not to rush through tasks.

Made a short list in one of my notebooks.

23 — Sort your wardrobe:

I went to my orgo class today. I had no motivation today, but I got a decent amount of work completed. I'm waiting on a response from my boss about a recommendation letter, so I really hope she responds soon

Day 23: What's a gift you'd give to someone if you don't know them all too well?

I usually go with candles or lotion! It is an easy gift that isn't too expensive.
