That’s actually a thing? I thought my local bookstore was the only one living their best life tbh

Mice like things they can tear up to turn into comfy nests. Like paper. Shop cats used to be everywhere, but the food industry doesn’t get to keep them any more. The book industry still finds them useful and has no such legal restrictions.

Also bookshop owners and patrons alike are crazy cat ladies/gents, so it makes them feel at home.

We all know the “riches beyond your wildest dreams” is just getting to pet the cat some more. And yes, please.

Not content I normally reblog but libraries are super important and our world would be diminished without them.

The library was how I was able to read so many books as a kid that my parents wouldn’t have been able to afford.

^ I, too, read thousands of dollars worth of books at the library, completely free. It was my haven.

I get it, studying in bed is not the best, but it’s better than not studying at all. Sometimes you even get motivated to actually go to your desk after doing some studying on your bed so…yeah

people who arent punctual freak me out im so stressed. what do you mean the event starts at 6 and you’ll pick me up at 5:50 even though I live 20 minutes from the venue? what do you mean being 10 minutes late is “no big deal”? what if there’s no parking and nowhere to sit? what then? i need to be there at 5:45 just to be sure and you’re like Oh Whatever Dude...
