Happy Tuesday everyone!

I’ve started making adjustments to my bedtime and morning routines to see if it helps me sleep better and feel more ready for the day. I’m not so sure about the latter, but I definitely slept better than I have done the previous nights! I hate to say it, but putting your phone down an hour before bed actually does help…

I’ve started the week off with a relatively productive day. I finished some reading I couldn’t get through on Friday, I finished my presentation for journal club next week, took care of my cells, and took care of a bunch of admin. I was rewarded with a lovely dinner with my boyfriend!

The exam anxiety is really starting to kick in today (it’s this week now!) so I’m feeling vaguely sick, but cracking on with the last chapters to review before past papers for a couple of days 😬
