peace and quiet

Today was a stressful day, but I finished off a project and a presentation, and now I’m going to be spending the evening reading and drinking tea.

[11.01.17] Hello November! I spent this dreary first day of November working on a draft for a research paper for my film class. I also got back a paper for another class and got 100% on it! I’m so happy that all my hard work is paying off! o(^▽^)o

Done with the first week of classes. Despite a hiccup on Tuesday, everything went fairly smoothly. Done with the reading for this week and next week’s pre-reading, so I’m going to go hibernate for the rest of today and tomorrow ✌🏼

🤓 “The struggle is part of the story.”

Quick study session with my fellow E.A.Poe, with entertaining readings from him on the side. My first thought when analysing this passage: ‘Ah, I’ll just make quick notes. An A5 page will be enough!’ I filled both sides. I also emailed my probably soon-to-be dissertation supervisor with ideas of subjects for my master’s dissertation. I’m anxious to hear from her again, and see what she thinks of my ideas. Anyways, I’ve packed my stuff and I’ll be in the countryside for a couple of days as of tonight. Hence, I won’t be there! Have a nice weekend!
