My first bowl of nicecream using my new blender 😍🍌What a great way to end the weekend !!💙

Today I had time to sleep in and make a ✨luxurious✨ breakfast. The result was this fudgy @vigourvitality walnut butter brownie oatmeal with @picspeanutbutter swirls 🥜 and chunks of gooey dark @pana_chocolate 🍫 which did just the trick! I make a super rich and dark brownie batter porridge with @matakanasuperfoods cacao powder and @wellnaturallyau dark chocolate chips, then piled it high with all the peanut butter cup inspired toppings including a homemade hot fudge sauce made using @nutmylk_co cacao cashew mylk and @chantal_organics brown rice syrup! ✨👋🏼 A magical and suuuuuuuper intense chocolate hit 🌟

roasted chickpeas, sweet potato, rice, lettuce, avo and my fave tahini dressing (2 parts tahini to 1 part maple syrup and lemon juice) !!!! 🙊 eating healthy does nOt mean eating bland tasteless food!! its all about how you season and flavor it. adding a tasty sauce or dressing makes aaaalllll the difference😉 this bowl was so satisfying, simple and nutritious which in my book is 💯 #vegan
