Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā And thatās what landed Danny here, sitting on a park bench, head in hands, staring off into the distance like a sullen adolescent. He knew he should be inside, but he didnāt care. He could already tell that this city was probably the works of people like Vlad, already tell that the people running this show, to put it in simpler words, were some pretty crazed up Froot Loops. Groaning softly to himself, Danny shook his head. Just a year ago, he had been recognized as a world hero, and now he was sitting on a park bench in the rain, just a normal kid. A normal kid that had beenĀ separatedĀ from his friends, family, life, and more importantly, girlfriend. Ā Ā Ā Ā Exhaling, Danny shook his head again. Sam.Ā He swallowed, deciding heād better think of a way to get home rather than wallow in his own misery. To get home, heād have to figure out how heād gotten here. The last thing he could remember was rescuing a cat from a tree, (yeah, real heroic stuff,) and then, next thing he knew, he was waking up in that room all alone. That wouldnāt help. Ā Ā Ā Ā People were panicking about some kind of storm, especially the ones that were expected to live in boxes, and Danny didnāt blame them. He would be scared too if it was hailing and all he had was a cardboard box. He was sullen enough as it was, he didnāt need to be reminded that he couldnāt help anyone. He hadnāt gotten a chill or begun exhaling blue, so this weather was really just that. Weather. He couldnāt fix a storm. There wasnāt a bad guy to fight or one of his dadās experiments gone wrong. Hissing in frustration, Danny stood and kicked a nearby soda can with all of his might. Ā Ā Ā Ā He paced over to a nearby tree after he had successfully hit a stray cat in the face with the can, rewarded with a few scratches, and darted behind it. He made sure no one was looking, as no one knew who Danny Phantom was, much less even heard the name, in this city, he hissed the words he had thought were genius when he was only fourteen. āIām going ghost!ā And, in a few seconds, Danny was darting out from behind that tree, now donning emerald green irises and white hair, speeding between building after building. Ā Ā Ā Ā Danny had almost forgotten how calming it was to just fly. He sighedĀ contentedly, closing his eyes and let his body go, expecting to begin to phase through buildings and people. What he didnāt realize is that the ability had been taken from him, and, as a result, he was welcomed with a concrete wall to the face. With a wheeze and a cry of pain, he fell flat on his back.
For once it almost felt like being made of goo was a disadvantage, considering how horrible the weather was getting. The rain pounded like bullets along with the wind, and it seemed like hail was being added into the mix, forewarned by the rather bravely made weather report. More things to add that messed him up, as a lot of it got stuck in him. It was uncomfortable and felt weird and a bunch of other complaints passed through his mind.Ā
He was on a rather aimless adventure to figure out what was going on with everyone else, see if he could help and such; but right now it looked like a better idea to find some form of shelter or at least a break from being pelted. It wasn't unusual in this weather for things to go flying past and given his stretching and squishing he was rather adept at dodging them. He quickly ran towards an alleyway, only to stop as someone flying past rammed himself straight into a building. Zac couldn't help but to flinch. "Are you ok--" He probably couldn't hear him at that volume considering the storm, he tries again, yelling, "Are you okay?!"Ā
