Update, I’m mentally still not okay, but physically I’m feeling much better. Has anyone had a NDE before? If so, other than therapy, what has helped you move forward?

Update, I found out I have a few herniated discs so I can no longer sleep on my side due to numbness. Sleeping on my back is my life now and 0/10 reccomend.

Also, driving is still a struggle for me mentally.

Still thankful to be alive.
