Mi conocimiento del periodismo de música argentino empezó recién el año pasado. En estos meses, descubrí muchas características propias de nuestros medios y también a muchos grandes redactores. Por eso, quise empezar a hacer estas entrevistas, no solamente para que ellos mismos nos cuenten sobre su experiencia de escribir acerca de música, sino también para que expresen su visión de lo que ocurre en Argentina. El método es el siguiente: un cuestionario de ocho preguntas generales y una de índole personal, que los entrevistados responden por escrito o también les doy la opción de grabarse. 

Decidí incluir una traducción mía al inglés – seguramente con muchos errores –, ya que son los seguidores de habla inglesa los que me leyeron en este Tumblr por primera vez y porque siempre se mostraron interesados a lo que ocurre en Argentina. 

Bartolomé Armentano es nuestro primer redactor. Es uno de los escritores principales de Indie Hoy, un sitio web que comenzó siendo un blog dedicado a la música independiente y que hoy es uno de los mayores portales de periodismo de música en Argentina. My knowledge of Argentine music jorunalism started only last year. In these months, I discovered a lot of characteristics of our media and also a lot of great writers. That’s why I wanted to start making these interviews, not just so that they tell us abut their experiencie of writing about music, but also to express their vision of what is happening in Argentina. The method is the following: a questionnaire of eight general questions and one personal question, that the interviewed can answer either in a written way or they can also record themselves.

I decided to include a translation to English –  most probably with a lot of mistakes – because the English-speaking followers were the ones who read me first on this Tumblr, and becacause they always showed interest towards what is going on in Argentina. 

Bartolomé Armentano is our first writer. It is one of the main writers of Indie Hoy, a website that started as a blog dedicated to independent music, and that is today one of the main websites of music journalism in Argentina.
