♥︵ ❀ ‿     he doesn’t want to confirm her statement since it would just be another painfully obvious ploy in shedding some light on his feelings; getting a reaction out of her after paying her a compliment was only an extra added bonus for oakley. he pauses for a moment, digging around in his back pocket of his new pair of jeans, retrieving the car keys needed in order to open up the car for the two of them to get in. “ nobody’s ever going to be good enough for me? that’s a new one, i don’t think i’ve ever heard that one before coming from you. i’m just as touched that you care about me as much as i care about you, h. ” the moments that oakley does happen to be quite affectionate towards hannah seem to be coming out a little more frequently than he should of been allowing, the boy was getting embarrassed himself for his actions & words. his other friends had always pointed out how sappy he seemed to get whenever it came to hannah and he couldn’t help but admit that they were right. it was the simple fact that he couldn’t help it anymore, he had a lot of love & adoration for the girl that he was determined to show her since he believed that she always deserved the best treatment. “ you want to ask about my life – my life, seriously? there’s really nothing that interesting that i could possibly tell you except i guess the fact that i’m still helping my mum look after my sister a lot of the time. suppose it’s… a little on the hard side considering i’ve got to balance it with school but it’s okay. i love them both and i’d do anything for them really. so… nothing exciting. it’s not your fault that we haven’t been able to hang out as much, i mean – we’re both busy with different things. as long as we don’t lose complete contact then i think it’ll be okay, y’know ? ”

         cerulean hues narrow as she peers over at the boy opposite her, brows furrowing in slight confusion as she steps into the vehicle. she ponders why he’s acting somewhat strange today, questioning things which she’d have thought he’d known to be fact. “ oakley, i love you come on, ” she mutters as she fidgets with the seatbelt, “ you know i only want the best for you. and well, no one is good enough for you, because you are the best. ” she pauses for a moment, fingers combing through her long, wavy locks. “ you can tell me if something’s up, you know. you’ve been acting strange all day. i could sense it from a mile away, i mean i’m very clairvoyant, ” she jokes, in attempts to lighten the mood. hannah doesn’t want to come across assertive, but the pair were used to sharing things and quite frankly, she wanted to know to why he was acting so off beat and a little insecure. “ yes, i want to know about your life. i want to know everything. how’s school going? how’s your mom? is little bryony still hopelessly devastated about one direction's break?” she doesn’t understand why he’s questioning the amount she cares or the interests she has in his life -- she doesn’t want him to view her as any different to how she was when they’d first met, doesn’t want him to think she somehow cared less now that her schedule’s packed with flights across the world and bookings with talk shows. “ just because i’m not around as much as i used to be doesn’t mean i don’t care. ” she chews on her lesser lip, a shrug falling from her shoulders at his next words, “ losing contact? pfft. in your dreams, oakland. you’re never getting rid of me. ”

Being in Hollywood, it’s like you’re in a really packed supermarket. Everyone’s going to buy the same item. That’s what Hollywood is like.
