haven’t seen this before and omggggg so many things i love about this clip. you finally see a bit more of the motivations and backstory of everett ross e.g. divorced but still wearing his wedding ring (his characters just don’t seem to do well at staying married huh). also idk if it’s just me but his chemistry with nakia/lupita is kinda cute. he’s digging for info but he doesn’t just come across as being snoop because he’s a spy, and is half being a nosy nancy/gossipy girl-friend lol.
and the fact that he’s just being his usual feckin cute self as well <33

This is such a non thing but I think you'll understand-- in a sea of unmoving botox'd faces, I'm so grateful MF is still willing to keep his ability to emote.
I just saw a video of some new scary movie and the main person was meant to be scared but simply could only barely express that emotion on their face. And then I scrolled on tumblr and saw your gifset of his recent movie and look at that- expression! emotion!
I should say I don't really care what cosmetic treatments people choose, I just think if you're an actor part of the job is communication emotion on your face. And MF seems like part of dwindling group of people willing to do that.

And yes, I think you're spot on. He has those prominent bags under his eyes, and he doesn't hide it. (A bit of makeup, and that’s it.) Of course, everyone is entitled to do to their face and body whatever they want, but if you loose the ability to act as an actor, that's concerning.
