WIP. Sherlock Holmes is hiding out in France while awaiting word that he can safely return to his life in London. He catches the attention of Augustus Beaumont, a wealthy Englishman with powerful family ties in France who shares Holmes's abhorrence for boredom.
Holmes returns to London haunted by both the memories of unraveling Moriarty's network and the brief reprieve he found with Beaumont. At least he has Watson to lead him through it.

Watson and Mary Morstan enter into a loveless marriage of mutual benefit and Waston thinks he has solved the issue until a past lover of Holmes returns and plans to expose his sexuality to the courts.

Join Greg and Mycroft at their first meeting and throughout the development of their relationship. There's a small spat after Sherlock returns and finally, a bittersweet resolve.
