To the current Attorney of Mr. Carlos E. Jean-Gilles: It would behoove you to read this, and all of these blog entries. Call it Investigative Services and bill your client. Also, since it’s publicly listed in this blog, also read my Facebook profile - it should become PAINFULLY clear, between the information you got from the subpoena served to my account here, and my Facebook profile, that I am not in fact your client’s sister, and that he has lied to you.

So, on March 25th, tumblr notified me (24 hours after the fact, no less) that they had complied with Carlos E. Jean-Gilles subpoena against my tumblr account. So, anyone who has ever interacted with me or my blog in any way (all dozen or so of you) now has their information before a Judge in New York - all over a stupid real estate squabble between two siblings. But, this also leaves me in a bit of a legal black hole. While I was unable to hire an out-of-state attorney in New York, both due to only having 7 days’ notice and being on SSI and not having $7000 for a retainer (it’s actually against Federal Law for someone on SSI to have more than $2000 in assets, period...), I discovered that even if I could afford it, I actually can’t request a copy of the information that tumblr was required to hand over to Mr. Jean-Gilles and his attorney. Why? Because I’m not actually a named party on his lawsuit! Meaning, Carlos totally successfully phished the US Court system for my information, by lying to his attorney that I’m his sister, and now I have no rights to know what information of mine was released because...I’m not his sister!! Even though my name is listed as the information the subpoena is looking for, because I’m not the named Defendant, I can’t find out what of MY information was released to the Court.

I’m not sure what finally lit the fire under his butt, but it seems my “day of reckoning” has finally arrived. Oh no, whatever shall I do?? *Panic and arm-flailing*. Yep, just got the email from Tumblr today that they've been served a civil subpoena against my account here. 

Well, there it is, in all it’s “glory”. Funny thing about it though...he lists his sister, Fabiola, and a company known as “177 Thompson Owners Group” as the Co-Defendants. Not me...2 of the Co-Defendants in his failed lawsuit against them back in 2014 - which, incidentally the Judge in that case dismissed “With Prejudice”, meaning he can’t bring it before any Court, anywhere, ever again. So I guess this is his poor attempt to get back at his sister civilly for his loss?? I don’t even know.

Guess he actually does read this blog after all...

So, first off...no, I’m not obsessed with him. As I have repeatedly said, I’m keeping this blog to protect myself from his insanity and harassment. As readers can plainly see, my entries here have always been in response to his attacks and lies - aside from reporting that his Facebook account had finally been banned. I posted NO further entries once I’d received confirmation of that, until he openly and publicly attacked me via his LinkedIn account over a year later.

But, to answer his idiotic accusations, NO - I did not create a fake Facebook account (he just loves his “fake accounts!!”). I reported his actual, real Facebook account, and it was that account that was deleted by Facebook. I documented the post of his that he made against me that got his account banned on 1.14.16, so he has no excuse for his lie this time.

It’s been over a year since God’s (self-appointed) Gift to Social Media was banned from Facebook. About 3 weeks ago, he resurfaced on both twitter and LinkedIn, but since I don’t religiously scan the skies for his Miraculous Return, I missed the Second- or is it Third? Fourth?? Coming. My bad. I was only made aware of his Return by a friend, about an hour ago.

Anyhow...first, on Jan 27th, he jumps right in and declares that “he” deleted his Facebook account a year ago. The truth is that Facebook deleted him due to numerous ToS and Community Standards violations (See my last post - a year ago!). He so desperately wants to make it look like it was his choice to leave FB that he even “pinned” this post to his twitter feed - because apparently repeating a lie enough times makes it “Truth”. He also clearly shows his Facebook Hate as well.

And over on LinkedIn, 2 days ago he trots out his ever-amusing Claim To Fame of being Facebook’s Bestest Facebooker EVAR!! yet again. 

Now, what does this all have to do with me? About 2 weeks ago, he posts this very clear attack/challenge to me. Now, since I don’t make it a habit to keep tabs on him, and the fact that he has me blocked on LinkedIn, I wasn’t even aware of his continued existence until about an hour ago, when I was sent a screenshot of this lovely little missive:

Hopefully, this will be my last post on the subject of Mr. Jean-Gilles, the former Bestest Facebooker EVAR! It’s been a little over 2 weeks since his FB account went dead. Of course, I realize that there’s a slim possibility that he did in fact deactivate his own account after having his last bully attack against me removed, and that it is simply “deactivated” and not fully deleted, and that he could come back at any time in the future and begin his boorish behavior again. However, the fact that he has remained silent on all social media fronts except for a pathetic attempt at making it look like he chose to leave FB on his own over at his LinkedIn account suggests that he is trying to cover up his wounded ego over having been kicked off of Facebook yet again. There’s also the fairly large possibility that he’ll simply start bullying me from other social media sites.

Whatever the case is, he’s gone from FB for now...which means that the Help Forum (for all of it’s other major problems) is at least temporarily safe from Carlos’ bullying. Sadly however, I doubt the internet has seen the last of him, and each time he comes back, his behavior is worse than when he left, and again escalates into obnoxiousness and rudeness. The only question that remains is how he will come back, and whose account he’ll be using. Will it be his wife Kari’s account...who I have absolutely no doubt has never actually been logged into by his wife at all, or will it be his 11 year old son Zach’s account (who is, at this time, still too young to legally have a FB account, according to FB’s own ToS)? Maybe he’ll be bold and create a whole new email account and register a new Facebook account in his name, another violation of the ToS he so militantly enforced himself. Who knows? All I know is that Facebook (and social media in general) is a drug to this man, and he is well and truly addicted.

Only time will tell....

 As I’ve stated here before, I only post about Carlos when I need to defend myself against his crazy accusations. When he made the decision to make his silly (In)Accurate Answers Group on Facebook (the one where he charges people for his so-called ‘expert’ advice on various Facebook-related problems) a Closed Group finally, I didn’t come running here to post the news “hot off the presses!”...In fact, I was pleased.

Why? Because, since having been banned from the Facebook Help Forum and stripped of his Rising Star status, he’s lost his major source of duping desperate people into joining his Group and then fleecing them of their money for answers that are dubious at best, often incorrect, and sometimes even harmful. Making his Group a “Closed” Group only serves to further protect people from his little scam.

Apparently however, my failure to decry his decision (AKA: pay attention to him) caused him to fire off another rant, which he oh-so-helpfully even addressed to me by name. For that, I must thank him, because it made reporting him easy, and the decision on Facebook’s part even easier to remove the post. Overall, the length of time it took from his posting, to me being sent screen shots and the URL and me filing a report, to my report being acted on, was right around 11 hours. 

Again with that infamous “Vilified” statement, which I’ve proven ad nauseum here does not mean what he so desperately wishes it does. It was a response to his own whiny question. And “unsubstantiated”? Well, ok - if posting his own words directly doesn’t count as “substantiated”, then what does? I never make a claim about him that I can’t back with his own words.

I have never claimed that he’s bullying me in real life. His threats to sue me could be construed as such, but so far, they seem to be just that - toothless threats. However, in what universe does “not reading” something someone writes absolve them from being guilty of harassing or bullying that person? This very “letter” to me stands very much as evidence that Carlos does in fact engage in harassment.

And then the tired snipe about my short story. Again, Carlos proves that he has absolutely no clue how the ePublishing world works. For the audience playing along at home, I will again explain why my short story is no longer on Amazon:

I published through ePublishing house Smashwords. At the time I did so, they had a working relationship with Amazon/Kindle. This meant that when you published with Smashwords, your work also got listed with Amazon too. I never made the choice to list on Amazon -that simply came as part of the package at the time, nor did I make the decision to pull my work from Amazon when Smashwords parted ways with Amazon and removed all listings published through them unless the author made a contract with Amazon to remain with KDP Select exclusively. At no time did “I” list on Amazon, nor did “I” remove my short story later. Incidentally, Goodreads isn’t a marketplace to buy or sell books -it’s a review site for books.

Also, while it won’t buy me a yacht or a beach house in Malibu, I have made a bit of money from my story. Considering I listed it as “free/choose your own price”, I’d say that making just under $100 overall (so far) for the piece isn’t that bad.

I have never once said I was mad about Autism. I don’t hate myself. I actually have a pretty full and fulfilling life, both on and offline. I don’t even hate Carlos, odd as that may seem. Most of the time, I just feel sorry for him, because at his age, all he really has going for him is Facebook, and the pursuit of some non-existent “Top Contributor” spot on the Facebook Help Forum. Which he then tries to deny...

Smoke screen, huh? Because Carlos wasn’t literally drooling all over himself for the last few weeks, and most of his posts weren’t about his Help Forum answers and how he was going to regain his “Top” spot again. Ok then. If those are the lies he has to tell himself so he can sleep at night, so be it. Thing is, I didn’t “fall” for it. 

And speaking of “projecting” -it seems this entire letter to me is actually Carlos projecting his own hate onto me, not the other way ‘round.

And, if he actually bothered to read this blog, he’d already know that his claim that Facebook has added some new “authentication” method is actually his own false assumptions at work yet again. I’ve already explained that the “Send Money” option is currently only available to accounts within the US. ALL adult accounts, whether linked to a cell phone, credit card or letter from their mommy or not. And then he again shows his paranoia about “fake” accounts. I wonder how many he maintains to get his own Facebook “work” done? At the very least, he uses his wife and son’s accounts.

As to him deleting his Help Forum answers? All I can say to that is a resounding “YAY!!” No longer will he be able to fool innocent and often desperate people on the Help Forum with his pseudo-answers that aren’t answers at all, and lately have just ended up being ads directing people to his Pay-for-Answers Group. Which, again, if he actually read this, he’d know that that was a big factor in why the Facebook Help Team banned him from the Help Forum in the first place (along with his behavior issues, rudeness and general lack of being correct, among other reasons). I’m sure that his absence from the Help Forum will work out just great for me and the other Stars, thanks!

He would greatly appreciate...?!?! Is he high on crack? He wants me to leave him alone, yet sees absolutely nothing wrong with harassing me from behind the blind of a block. The answer to that is a resounding NO! No, I will not just roll over and let Carlos say whatever he wants, without answering his false claims. If he doesn’t like that, then he needs to learn how to Adult, and stop with his petty playground antics.

And, he didn’t “lose interest” in the Help Forum - he got banned from the Help Forum. Again. Just like his old account.

What’s the point in attacking Mark Zuckerberg? 

So, after attacking Mark Z and disparaging social media as a whole -which is pretty funny considering that Carlos literally craves the attention it brings him, he then spouts off some more pseudo psychobabble, and then...surprise, surprise...one final snipe at me. 

Now, here’s the really fun part in all of this:

Within minutes of receiving these screen shots -which were taken about 4 hours after he wrote this, I reported his post for harassment. Within 7 hours of my report, Facebook replied to me:

Wow...just...wow. 

Apparently, God’s Gift to Facebook still has yet to fully comprehend that he’s been Forum Banned. No, seriously...this little rant a couple hours ago will clearly show that, despite his claim to be able to post “whenever he wants to” that I documented on the 17th, he has yet to connect the dots between his complete inability to access the Help Forum and his having been banned there a few days ago.

Not only does he not grasp the matter of not being able to get into the Help Forum, he completely fails to understand the new Facebook “Send Money” thing. As I explained on Thursday:..that’s not at all how the Send Money thing is working -it’s not a way to “Verify” a secured account at all!. Firstly, it currently only applies to US accounts. Secondly, literally every single US account can send and/or receive money, even accounts that absolutely do not have any sort of funding source linked to them at all. (*Exception: minors are excluded from being able to send or be sent funds -thus also making their accounts “Unsecured” by Carlos’ rule*), whether the recipient has a linked Debit card or not, The recipient has to link a Debit card to collect the funds, however. And thirdly? Facebook only allows DEBIT cards, not CREDIT cards, to accept or send money with. Carlos is shortly going to be a very lonely man over at his Great and Wonderful (in)Accurate Answers Group:

The Purge has begun, too. At the time he posted the above notice, he had 123 members. I wonder how long it’s going to take him to realize that he will only be left with Friends who are in the US?

To make matters more amusing, Carlos is also throwing a Copyright Hissyfit over that thread I showed above were he thinks he’s been blocked, and where he no longer wants to give out “free” advice in, and is demanding that Facebook remove his precious and copyrighted holy answer, forthwith...which only further proves that he still has absolutely no clue (despite getting a notification about it) that he’s been Forum Banned. Apparently, despite his claim on Thursday to be able to go to the Help Forum “whenever he wants”, today was his first real attempt at heading over there...and this was the result. So now, rather than understanding that he’s been Forum Banned, he thinks someone has blocked him and is trying to steal his precious holy Facebook Wisdom.

And a Purge Update...

And even as I write it...Carlos proves he can’t even math! How in the world does 8 equal 3 or 4? Seriously? He really, truly hasn't been able to figure this out? He’s trashed 66 members over an incorrect assumption. Poor, silly fool. As of a few minutes ago, the Grand Purge seems to have stalled out at 57 members remaining of the original 123. Before Carlos can give it some really lame spin, how come he hasn't also purged these Special Cheerleaders from his rolls...despite the fact that none of them can be sent money via Facebook?

And he doesn't even know it yet! Let me recap a bit before I get into the latest:

Carlos, our Favorite Facebook Buffoon, who honestly believes he is the Bestest Facebooker EVAR!! has recently begun unraveling again as his obsession with regaining the long-gone “Best Facebook Help Forum Answerer EVAR!!” title has taken hold of his mind. Not only has he begun manically posting about it in his own Group, he began directing people on the Help Forum to said Group...where he then charges them for answers. He also became increasingly hostile toward people who failed to fall at his feet in worship, or dared to question the divinity of his long-winded and often wrong answers.

So, the Official Facebook Help Team took action and removed one of his answers, which triggered Carlos’ anger response. He fired off a rather terse and obnoxiously long demand to have it reinstated:

He really truly believes that the Help Team has made a mistake, in not only removing his answer, but temporarily banning him from the Help Forum. He knows he’s been temporarily banned...a point that will be important in a bit...as shown by the notification he got:

He also manages a back-handed apology to me yesterday, but then...today...blames me for everything bad ever on the Help Forum. He also proves right off that he has no real understanding of his ban, or even WHY he was temporarily banned:

So, as of a little over an hour ago at this posting, Carlos still believes he can get into the Help Forum “any time” he wants to. But, he can’t...because he’s been temporarily banned. He also believes that his appeal will go through and this will UNban him. It won’t, because that Answer was only one of several reasons he was banned there, and there’s no appeal process for being a rude jerk to people who refuse to worship you or give you a “Best Answer” or mark you as “Helpful”. There’s also a couple other reasons, but the Help Team wants Carlos to figure those out on his own, so I’’ll refrain from mentioning them here (even though he claims to not read this, we all know he totally does, because he replies to stuff I write here).

I’m posting what to the Facebook Help Forum? “Maladvertising”? So, apparently I am every single spammer there. And as for posting outside links...again, Carlos is wrong. In fact, today alone, I was able to post links to two off-Facebook articles that dealt with specific Facebook problems. And, while he stayed within Facebook, most of his “helpful” links directed people to his Group, where he charges for those Facebook answers.

Anyhow...as Carlos has been banned from the Help Forum, he hasn't been able to see another significant change to his Help Forum Profile, and the reason for todays blog title:

It’s going to be very entertaining when he realizes he’s lost his precious title, and isn't getting it back unless he makes some very significant changes to his behavior on the Help Forum.

The post that was used as the excuse to temporarily ban him? A lengthy, and completely wrong, post about how Facebook has begun “quarantining” unruly people into some sort of “Sandbox”, where they can only reply to their own topic, and everyone else is locked out of that thread. This of course is completely wrong, and no such “quarantining” is, or has ever, taken place on the Help Forum. Carlos was simply blocked temporarily from commenting for 24 hours, either intentionally as a prelude to his full-feature banning, or a Help Forum glitch. 

He is also very mistaken in another one of his claims. Recently he has begun stating that only people whose accounts can receive a money transfer on Facebook are those who have truly “secured” accounts. This is totally wrong, as this feature is only available in the US, and it is available to literally every single US account, "secured” or not. I’m waiting for Carlos to start removing all of his non-US Friends and Followers. He furthermore claims that a person needs to link a credit card to their Facebook account to receive money from another Facebook user, in direct contradiction to Facebook’s own FAQ that clearly states that only Debit Cards can be used to give or receive funds.

Buried in the middle of one of his long and boring Googledoc “articles” that he tells his Facebook Group members they’re “in for a treat!” by reading, he reveals his complete ignorance on how the “send money” feature works.

So, I was happy to leave Carlos alone and not post anything since Oct 2nd, since he stopped sniping me on the Help Forum and his various accounts, Pages and Groups from behind his cowards Block Shield, but nope...seems he just had to poke a stick into the wasps nest again. So, now all bets are off. I’m done playing nice. To start things off, here’s his latest post in the group he’s now directing people from the Help Forum to so that he can charge them for answering their Facebook problems (more on that later), and he decides to again direct people here to my blog. Not really the smartest move if he wants people to keep worshiping him.

First off, the now-constant claim to regain the now-useless and non-existent “Top Contributor” spot in the Help Forum. He now posts that literally everywhere in the Help Forum too, along with linking people to his Group. 

Secondly, he can devote all of this time and effort to provide dubious-at-best (and usually either extremely long-winded or just flat out wrong) answers, but he can’t devote any time to getting off his butt and finding a real job to support his wife and children financially? Nope...he’s more than happy to live off of his wife’s income.

Oh, but he’s not just happy with answering questions on the Help Forum...he also wants to run it:

First, the brag about how he was responsible for Facebook changing something. Again. I’ll show in a moment why his statement about the Contributor stats have not been removed...apparently Carlos’s ability to see them has been blocked. And, for the record, I only ever marked ONE of his answers as “unhelpful” when I first got attacked by him on the old Help Forum. After that, I gave up because it meant nothing then, and it means nothing now. Furthermore, there is absolutely no way short of being psychic that Carlos could know who marks a question as Unhelpful, even now. The new Notification system will show Helpful marks, but not Unhelpful ones. That was done on purpose, to protect people from retribution from people just like Carlos.

Ok...I grudgingly agree that a spreadsheet would be nifty, but Facebook is not going to do that. I know this because of reasons. 

And again, he just can’t pass up yet another opportunity to shove his long gone and totally worthless “claim to fame” in someone’s face. 

Just in case you thought his “Top Contributor claim was just a random event, here he is last week, bragging about it. I could post another 10-15 posts where he’s said literally the exact same “I’m gonna be Bestest Help Forum Answerer EVAR, again!!” in just October, but I think this sampling makes the point.

Oh, and he nearly pees his pants with joy over getting a small handful of Best Answers. That’s all? I devote about an hour, maybe 2 if I have time, and pretty much every one of my answers gets marked as “Featured” or “Best”. On a slow hour, that’s about a dozen or so.

Carlos isn’t a Lawyer, but he plays one on Facebook:

Ok...this one’s actually a two-fer. First, notice the number next to Carlos’ name? The “519″? Yep, this is a post right off the help forum about an hour ago. Thats his...Answer Stats! The one he claims Facebook did away with. Now, before you say that maybe it’s because I’m now a Star Contributor, I can see the stats...while logged out. The second part of this is that the advice Carlos gives is completely and absolutely wrong, on both counts. While you can subpoena information from Facebook regarding another persons account, all you will get is basic user information, NOT messages or their IP address. Not only is revealing those things against Facebook Policy, it is also against the Stored Communications Act, 18 U.S.C. §2701. Furthermore, any subpoena served on Facebook must be "domesticated" in the State of California before service, per California Code of Civil Procedure § 2029.300.This article from an actual lawyer sums it up best.

So, about those redirects to his own Group...

See how he not only doesn't link the OP to the official Facebook FAQ (but he teases them with an image of the right form), he directs them to his Group instead? Yeah.

Same here. No official FAQ, but a re-direct to his own Group.

Again, I could post more examples, but I've made my point. Not only is this just poor form and a cheap shot to lure in people who are already vulnerable and upset, it’s also getting free advertising from Facebook, since Carlos is presumably making money off of his answers.

So, in the expected continuation of my previous post earlier this morning, the anticipated “other shoe” has dropped. For those of you wondering why I was blogging about an issue that seemingly didn’t really relate back to me, well...let Carlos himself connect the dots:

In addressing Scotty, Carlos begins to let his true feeling show. In the first few paragraphs he starts out slow, addressing Scotty in his usual pompous fashion, only dropping a couple of hints in the 3rd paragraph where he says  "Many of the fake un-helpfuls are made by the likes of you and your Asperger-afflicted followers specifically because they want to discourage me from posting here." and later "... posted in order to support Judie Green, another volunteer in this Help Forum, who was viciously harassed by your little gangs even though she was an older lady with excellent manners. Simply because she dared to defend me, your minions went on to harass her senselessly so that you could keep your phony operations in this Help Forum going undisturbed. "

Yep, there it is. The first hint that he’s accusing Scotty of being me, or connected to me. Oh, but it gets clearer...

Yep...Carlos is now convinced that at the very least Scotty is one of my “buddies”. I have no idea who Scotty is, and have never communicated with him in any way, shape or form other than to check his public FB profile and see that he’s been around since at least May of 2011 And then Carlos again drags out the infamous “Vilified” post. I’ve repeatedly blogged about this post, and I’ve even posted my actual post in this blog myself on 7.6.15. It’s a response to Carlos’ own whiny “Why is everyone on this forum vilifying me?”.

And yet again, I have never, ever been “penalized” for anything on any site, at any time. I’ve never been blocked, banned, sanctioned, warned or even looked at sternly. Ever. Of course he can’t prove his claim, because you can’t prove something that didn’t happen. And I just love how he explains away his own bad behavior and blames someone else for it. The person known as “Hal Ninek” was not my “accomplice”, nor did we “collude” or “plot” any such thing. The only thing we “shared” was being harassed by Carlos on the old Help Forum. My 2 screenshots against Carlos are real, and they were against Carlos’ REAL account -which is now his Page. 

And now the attacks against people with Asperger’s. I’ve also addressed these claims in prior updates here, but again, for the record: My official diagnosis is “ADD with Asperger’s Tendencies”. Note that this was in 2006, and neither ADD nor Asperger’s are on the DSM-5 any longer. ADD is now subclassed under “ADHD”, and Asperger’s then meant “High Functioning Autism”; now is classified under the “Autism Spectrum Disorders” umbrella, and has a slightly different meaning. Regardless, I have never hidden or deleted any such comments, nor have I ever changed what I’ve said. I am not officially diagnosed as being Autistic, but rather officially having Autistic Tendencies. Back in 2006 when I was assessed, adults were not diagnosed with Autism for the first time. 

Furthermore, my oldest son, who is now 29, was officially diagnosed with Asperger’s (under the old DSM-4 terminology) at the age of 15. My twin niece and nephew, now 13 themselves, are both Autistic and were diagnosed around the age of 2. Being Autistic is in no way criminal, yet Carlos continues to insist that it somehow is a crime, and insinuates that I’m ashamed (or should be) for possibly being on the Spectrum...and his opinion on the matter is clear in the way his words drip with hate when he speaks of me as being Autistic. I’ve already posted his own words on how he feels Autistic people need to be kept separate from “normal” people on Facebook and the internet in general.

And...people are threatened by him possibly regaining his prior (and completely worthless) Bestest Help Forum Contributor EVAR!! title? Seriously??? Anyhow, the insanity continues...

Carlos then continues his false assumption that Scotty and (I guess) everyone else responding to him are all the same people who he’s been harassing for the last 3 and a half years. He rants about FAKE ACCOUNTS!! and some paranoid crap about how the goal is to take down FB. He finally notices the 2 Facebook outages last week and immediately jumps to the false conclusion that it was HACKERS!!. It wasn’t...it was simply some misplaced/ mistyped codes in features FB is working on. Nobody “hacked” Facebook or attacked their servers. It was an internal coding error. No conspiracy.

Then, Carlos reverts to Old Form, and commands readers to report Scotty as a “FAKE!!”, just like he used to do on the old Help Forum.

Then again...lastly?? (hardly!)...he brags about his useless and irrelevant Best Answers count, and then attacks me yet again for being Autistic, as if it makes me a criminal. 

And then he flat out lies about his lawsuit against his sister, and his entire case against her. Not even going to bother refuting his claims yet again...been there, done that, but he’s apparently blissfully unaware that Federal Case ruling transcripts are available, in FULL, to the public at no charge, and that it wasn't just a “headline” but the full, complete court transcript that can be read online. 

And who is resorting to name calling and personal attacks? And then he decides to be Judge, Jury and Executioner of who’s name sounds fake or not.

And, so much for the “Lastly” he promised:

Wait...I thought Carlos previously claimed that I had somehow managed to get a fraudulent loan against said property! Now he flat out accuses just his sister of doing so. According to his sister, and the Title Company (who Carlos also accused in his court filings of conspiring with his sister to defraud him), Carlos has no interest, either legal or financial in that property. 

Then, he insinuates again that Scotty is actually Hal Ninek, and then says he “couldn't care less” about Scotty’s “mud throwing”, when this novel-length rant clearly proves that Carlos does in fact care...very much...about how he’s perceived in the public eye. 

And then he claims that attacking me and people with Autism in general are “justified” and “on topic”? His statements against me and Autistic people very much do violate Facebook’s Community Standards, and you bet that when I saw this on the Help Forum I reported it. Carlos really doesn't grasp the very thin line he’s hanging himself by.

However, the rest of the responders have the right idea, so I wonder if Carlos will try any further foot-stomping temper tantrums in this thread. Or hopefully, he’ll just get Forum banned yet again.

Oh, and speaking of his pathological need to be the Bestest Help Forum Contributor EVAR!!, the saga on his “Featured Answer” to the thread about the new Help Forum profile feature continues...

The kicker? At some point after posting this, he lost his “Featured Answer spot, and someone else was given the “Featured Answer”...award, if you can call it that. Honestly, I think we’ll see the “Featured Answer” on this particular thread shift daily as the Help Team pats various people on the back for their replies. Although, I won’t discount the possibility that someone on the Help Team didn’t think too highly of his jackassery and took away the shiny award.

And I just gotta love Carlos’ lecture about not using Facebook as a personal podium for vendettas...when he then did that very thing not 4 hours later (as I just proved).

And the best part? Remember how he was going on about how “my group” was anti-Facebook? Remember how I’ve always maintained that my only beef with TimeLine was that it was buggy as heck at release for a lot of people, yet he continues to slam me even now for saying so? Read that last paragraph again...

He FINALLY admits that his precious and perfect TimeLine was buggy...which means he actually admits that I was right about it all along. So, why is he still attacking me then? I have no idea. I guess he just really needs a nemesis.

So, it seems that Carlos E. Jean-Giles has been busy trying to regain his previous glory...

First, to set the scene of this particular thread, on Friday Facebook experienced a worldwide site failure for several hours. When service was finally restored, many people noticed that their cover images (the big banner image) was “muddied” by a heavy gray gradient. Many threads on this problem were created, but  our Intrepid Facebook Help Forum Best Answerer Evar decided to jump into this one, after the problem had already been solved by Facebook.

Gentle Reader Mark tries to politely explain to Carlos that the whole “it’s your apps, stupid” explanation didn’t really answer anything, and besides, Carlos was basically “a day late and a dollar short, but thanks for trying, Buddy”.

Carlos was having none of this brush-off business, and launched into yet another novel-length guess that he tries to present as “facts”...but then lets his usual bogeyman slip: fake accounts.

Gentle Reader Mark, holds onto a modicum of polite gentility, and a bit of surprise at Carlos’ accusation about fake accounts, when Blunt Reader Scotty enters the arena. Soon after, Frustrated Random Reader Randy steps into the ring and tries to clarify the situation as it stood before Facebook fixed it. Carlos responds in his usual pompous fashion by resorting to his fall-back answer: I’m the Bestest Facebook Answerer EVAR!! so stop challenging me!”

Blunt Reader Scotty again calls Carlos’ bluff and hits the nail on the head about Carlos’ self-inflated ego, and Second Random Reader Alexander tosses in an affirmation of the problem.

Oddly, rather than launching into his usual fit of rage, Carlos tries to answer in a way that he mistakenly believes is “diplomatic”, but only ends up making him look even more attention-hungry and egotistical...and then “RESTS HIS CASE”. Not.

Blunt Reader Scotty again calls Carlos’ bluff, so Carlos has to flat out lie about how he “helped sooo many people on the ‘other’ thread that ended up getting merged with this one”. I say he lied, because I was answering on that other thread, and Carlos was nowhere to be seen on that one. Oh yeah, even though Carlos has me blocked from seeing his profile, he can’t keep me from seeing his Help Forum posts now.

So far, our Blunt Reader Scotty seems to have gotten the last word in...

At this point, I need to thank Scotty for directing more people to this blog. No, I have no idea who Scotty is, nor have I interacted with him in any way. His Facebook account has been active since at least May 5th, 2011 -almost a year before I ever encountered Carlos- and until this exchange on the Help Forum, I had no idea of the existence of any of the other participants of this thread, other than Carlos himself.

Furthermore, I need to point out that the 2nd link is NOT my blog, and I have no idea who it belongs to. The only link between their blog and mine is that they once “reblogged” (tumblrs version of “shared” for the non-tumblr user) a post I made proving Carlos’ bigotry against people with Autism.

Oh, but Carlos’s Big Help Forum Day wasn’t over yet! In response to the release of a new Help Forum feature, Carlos was the first to respond, so he was given the “Featured Answer” for it.

Unable to just take the small acknowledgement with grace, Carlos has to toss in a passive-aggressive “But I deserve more of them!” snipe. And just to further prove that Carlos is utterly and literally obsessed with gaining the Facebook Help Forum “Bestest Answerer EVAR!!” title and has been for a long time, we have this little gem from a conversation with Terry Johnson:

Wow. And he dares to claim he’s not completely and utterly obsessed.

And speaking of Terry...here’s the “proof” that Terry endorsed Carlos that Carlos trotted out in one of his replies:

Notice the dates? The posting date for this gem is January 21st, 2012, yet Terry wrote this on January 31st...meaning it was written a year prior, in 2011. Carlos didn’t join Facebook until mid-2010 (I joined in July of 2009, yet Carlos is constantly accusing me of joining FB solely to stalk and harass him...even though I never even encountered him until the spring of 2012). Anyhow, the date of Terry’s praise is significant, because by January 1st of 2012, Carlos and Terry began having a falling out, ending with Carlos removing Terry as a friend around Sept 25th of 2012. More recently, Carlos even publicly accused Terry on the Help Forum of having a fake account.

So, there you have it. The continued adventures of Carlos on the Facebook Help Forum as he desperately attempts to regain his “Top Contributor” glory days. All of his childish behavior for that...

This last month has been...interesting, to say the least. I’d have blogged about this earlier, but I’ve been dealing with an ongoing illness that has required some hospitalization. Because of that, this update will be rather long. There is a lot to cover.

So, to set the scene, the last week of August, Carlos flew out to Seattle, WA for what was supposed to be a business meeting with the man he’d chosen to be his business partner, to finalize and incorporate said venture. Something didn’t go according to plan, and he returned home sans Corporation and also having gained an ex business partner. 

But, what does this failed trip have to do with me? Ah, good question, Gentle Reader. Well, a few days after returning, Carlos decides to take his most recent failure out on me, yet again. I apologize in advance for the nauseating and convoluted mess that is Carlos’ mind at work. Carlos also took some cheap potshots at the man he had previously referred to as his “brother by another mother”, (while the gentleman in question chose the high road and disengaged himself from Carlos with far more grace and diplomacy than Carlos was able to muster) in the middle of sniping at me:

Point of Law here: I’ve already pointed this out, but it bears repeating: the copyright law he’s referring to that deals with written text only covers works such as books, short stories, poems, screen plays, lyrics, ect. -marketable works, NOT opinions or ideas. Images are actually covered by a different law.

Again, ideas and opinions are not subject to copyright, unless they are specifically published in a marketable venue such as a memoir or biography, and then, only if said publishing occurred first.

Uhm, no. Facebook will never give a litigant a users IP address. They will however give LAW ENFORCEMENT that information, but Law Enforcement is required to redact that information before releasing a report to the litigant. 

Furthermore, Carlos already knows that I’m “judgment proof”. I’ve never made it a secret that I’m on SSI and have been for over 10 years now. He knows this, but is still hell-bent on continuing to lie about me in a poor attempt to make himself look good. 

And again, I do not have any fake Facebook accounts, and never have.

He just can’t help but snipe at his former business partner. I’m guessing that since he’s hell-bent on literally making a Federal case out of this, it stands to reason that he’d attack even close friends who dare to commit this unforgivable sin, no matter how long ago.

And oooohh...I’m a nemesis! Ego much there, Carlos?

As to why I chose tumblr over Facebook? There are two reasons, actually. The first is that tumblr is a “neutral party”, where as Facebook is where his harassment and bullying is going on, and secondly, Facebook’s “Notes” feature is woefully inadequate for this sort of record-keeping. Nothing more, nothing less.

The Ventura v. American Sniper case is in no way similar to what he’s trying to say here. It’s apples and oranges. The man in the bar could have been proven to not be Jesse Ventura if Chris Kyle had actually done a bit of research. Here, Carlos can’t slime his way out of the nasty things he keeps saying about me, because it’s posted here for all the world to see. And that’s what this is all about: he wants to hide his ugly side to potential “investors”.

Furthermore, how does not reading my defenses against his nastiness make him “not a bully”? I do not post false allegations. I post exactly what he writes about me. He’s afraid, and needs the truth to be buried.

How can he “inform” me of anything, if he has me blocked? He can’t. 

I have never been found to be in violation of Carlos’ copyright either on Facebook, or here (keep this in mind for later). I have no idea who he reported, but it wasn’t me. He has never once been able to provide any sort of proof that I have ever said anything against him, and uses his mistaken “understanding” of copyright law as his excuse for not doing so. Well, you know what? I hereby give him permission to post anything he has against me that would prove his side of things. He won’t, because he can’t. He even admits as much, and I’ll get to that. According to Carlos’ claims, if he’s had that many of my posts taken down, my account should have been disabled long ago. It has never, not even for a second, ever been disabled. Where’s the proof that he claims to have??

And then, he admits that he does have the funds to sue me now...the $25,000 that he’d originally taken from his wife Kari’s retirement fund to start his Corporation. 

Now, about him filing a complaint against my account here,...

That “screenshot” he provides? Yeah, it’s nothing but a screenshot of his Google Search. I’ve already blogged about his Google Search ineptitude. 

Now, how do I know what his excuse for not providing me any proof is? He thinks it’s a slick reason, but it’s a cowards shield:

See? He claims I’m trying to “entrap” him. Seriously? I have no idea who’s account he’s targeting but I assure you it’s not mine. And again, to sound like a broken record: He’s never gotten anything taken down from my account, on any social media platform. Period. The take down notices I posted are legit, and are still in my Support Inbox. However, I was mistaken in one thing...those 2 takedown notices weren’t for his old FOSBO-turned-Emporium Group photo album. Those were removed back in 2012, and I have the emails to prove it. The screenshots I posted that he’s calling fakes were against his actual personal account, and were removed on or around May of 2013. 

Ugh. The infamous “Vilified” post, again. I’ve posted it in a previous update, and it’s a clear response to something he said first. He conveniently deleted it, but his whiny question was “Why is everyone on this board vilifying me?” I replied, using his own word, and explained to him that he was being a bully.

Seriously, for a self-proclaimed author, Carlos knows better. He should already know that Amazon recently went to an exclusive listing program called “KDP Select”, which requires any author selling on Amazon to list exclusively with only Amazon...not only at a cost, but at a dismal “per page read” payout, rather than the entire work as a whole. 

I don’t read his posts. As he says, he has me blocked, so I can’t see anything he writes. I do however have friends who keep me informed. And I post the screenshots they send me of his attacks here to protect myself.

I have never sold a Facebook Page, ever. I have a couple of Pages, but all of them have under a thousand Likes. Furthermore, it has been impossible to “sell” Pages like he’s suggesting for awhile now, as you cannot change the name of a Page with over 500 “likes”...at least not easily. And I never tried to sell him anything. I wouldn’t sell him anything at all, even if he was offering a million dollars for it, and had the cash in hand. 

Oh, but this silly saga isn’t over yet!

A couple days later, he tries to weasel out of his stupid post with this lame excuse. He was HAXORD!!! The funny thing? There were never any “photos”...just the text that he posted and then edited off the thread so that it was hidden. And the previously edited out (hidden) text is added to the post.

And now, on to his attack on my tumblr account here:

The link he posts there, and then claims is something I posted, is actually a link to another tumblr users account. That person simply reblogged (”shared” in Facebook parlance) my post were I uploaded Carlos’ own words on people with Autism. I assume they found the post because of the way I hashtagged that particular post. I have no idea who that person is.

Again, he has exactly ZERO “takedowns” against me, on any platform, anywhere. Not here, not on Facebook, not anywhere. He’s got it stuck in his head that virtually anyone who doesn’t like him or stands up for themselves against him “must” be me.

He’s absolutely convinced that anyone using the “Hal Ninek” name is the same person (presumably me), willfully choosing to remain ignorant of the fact that “Hal Ninek” is in reference to the famous computer HAL9000 from the 1968 movie “2001: A Space Odyssey”, and that many people use that moniker. 

And I just love that “I got HAXRD!!” excuse yet again. Apparently that is his new fall-back explanation for his abhorrent behavior: “HACKERS did it!!”. Also, I only knew the persona that called himself “Hal Ninek” for a few brief months, and only due to Carlos’ own extremely bad behavior on the old Facebook Help Forum.

Again, those take down notices are still in my Facebook Support Inbox, and should he succeed in filing a case against me, I will more than gladly show them to the Court, directly from my account. 

I’ve already speculated that the letter he refers to was actually sent to “himself” and his Mother-in-Law by...Carlos himself. The envelopes were certainly mailed from his city.

As to his mental health, he’s going to need to take that up with his sisters, who both confirmed that he had in fact been hospitalized in a mental facility for much of 2014...and that he sued one of those sisters for fraudulently taking a loan against property he claims to co-own, but doesn’t. The Court Transcript regarding the disposition of the case is a matter of Public Record, and is not in Carlos’ favor.

That google link he provides simply leads right back to...this post. And he thinks that somehow this proves “multiple” reports? 

The thing is, I checked with tumblr Legal back in February:

I took their advise, both in the links and by talking to a Copyright Attorney. Guess what? I’m in the right here. Apparently tumblr Legal feels the same, because Carlos was sniveling about it yesterday:

I’m not even going to bother defending tumblr...they’re fully capable of doing that for themselves. I’ve already explained why I chose tumblr to keep this record. 

Oh, but he wasn’t done sniping me yesterday. Out on the Help Forum, which he swore he was quitting, he just couldn’t help himself yet again. At least this time, he was careful enough to avoid using my name:

Just when I thought maybe he’d finally managed to deal with his addiction over me, he has to jump right into his crap again. He made it a whole extra 2 days though, so there might be hope. Eventually.

Apparently, he tried (and failed miserably) to bait me into posting about him...this was posted a few hours later, after his “Squirrel Songs” idiocy I wrote about in my previous post...

So...unhappy over the FailBait, he went right for my throat yet again immediately after returning from yet another vacation this year (all paid for on an unemployed “author’s” salary?? Or is he already dipping into the Emporium Delirium funds, AKA his wife’s retirement account??)

After launching one of his “signature” long, boring and ultimately pointless “Epic Posts”...this time about how he’s basically invented this “new” and “easy” way to use, file and archive Group posts, by way of complicated and dull “Dewey Decimal Filing System” for posts, and then talking to himself for several comments on his own post...he lets the penny drop.

Now, at first, I wasn't aware that he was talking about me as being his mysterious user who’s using a pseudonym until the last paragraph. Well, as the alleged “smart Aleck”, Carlos...the joke’s on you. I’m NOT a member of your stupid Inaccurate Fake Answers For Money Group. In fact, neither is the person who is the source of my screen shots. If I post something here that you've “hidden”, that means your idiotic File Hiding Voodoo is crap.

Oh, but it gets better! He then launches into his FOURTH unique explanation as to why his old Page is now his current Profile. He did it simply because it was easier to delete his Help Forum answers? And he’s JUST NOW thinking of this, nearly 2 and a half years after the fact?? So, what happened to his previous 3 explanations? First off, the man lives and breathes for his “Best Answers” count, and uses every opportunity that he can to brag about it. And secondly? All of his precious answers disappeared months before he did the Big Switcharoo. And, if all of this was also to “give” me his Friend’s List, then he did it all for nothing. 

But wait! He wasn't happy with slamming me with that little tidbit...

So, for most of that long post, he mentions a group of people (meaning more than one), who violated his image copyright. Yes, there was a particular individual who it turned out was actually confronting him simply for the sake of stirring up trouble, and who delighted in creating satirical cartoons about Carlos -but that was nearly 3 years ago! Recently, Carlos has accused a man who vaguely resembles Carlos (provided you squint and put your hands in front of your face) of photoshopping Carlos’ images and then using them in his own (rather large) selfie album...apparently all to mock Poor Widdle Carlos...which I previously blogged about here. Incidentally, it’s also in the same post he made about “selling” his Copyright to some guy in the UK. 

But, then he again clears up the “they” confusion, and switches to referring to “them” as being solely me. For the record. Again...

He has not, at any time, ever gotten Facebook to remove anything I’ve ever posted, nor has he ever gotten any of my content here removed. I however was successful in getting Facebook to remove several of my images that he had illegally posted in his fake “business” page album, and then further illegally refused to remove after being informed of the law when told to do so by myself and a friend. So, I filed DMCA complaints...he lied and tried to claim I’d somehow put not only my own picture, but the images of several of my FB friends as well, into “the public domain” (one of them being a picture of an infant not related to me in any way). I also got one of his posts and yet another illegal image he posted on his (new) Profile removed for harassment against me.

I can’t wait for his subpoena against Facebook. Even if he does manage to get what he wants (which Facebook has already assured me he won’t unless he can prove a Felony Criminal case against me...and even then, only Law Enforcement is getting my info, which by Federal Law cannot be shared with him), the Facebook Servers only save data for 6 months. Other than the old confrontations on the FB Help Forum that ended when FB banned him the first time a couple of years ago now, and one single post on my FB wall that mentions him at all (which Facebook has seen fit to leave right where it is, if he’s reported it), even if Facebook saved literally everything anyone ever posts in perpetuity, he’d never get anything that has ever violated his copyright.

Furthermore, a person doesn't even need to go through the entire “Copyright Notice” dance anyhow. An image is automatically granted Copyright to firstly, the photographer/ creator, and then secondly the subject(s) of the photo/ artwork if done in writing via purchase (receipt) or written agreement to share or even transfer Copyright. 

Carlos loves to work himself into a righteous froth for someone who claims to not read my “flummadiddle”...and fails to grasp just how stupid he looks by insisting on repeating such an outdated and stupid-sounding word over and over and over again like he just learned the word and wants to show the adults that he can use Big Words too! Oh, and it’s spelled “flumadiddle”, with one “m”.  

He clings so desperately to his One BiG Accomplishment, but the sad truth is, he got kicked off the Help Forum and BANNED, only regaining access once he flipped his then-Page to his now-Profile to circumvent the ban. He’s also been warned regarding some of his more recent Help Forum posts, so he stopped answering questions there because he’s pouting over getting his eHand slapped a few too many times. It’s really pathetic watching a 56 year old man who’s only real “accomplishment” in life is a useless title that he constantly has to remind people over and over and over and over again that he “earned”. Currently, that’s literally all he’s done with his life, other than make grandiose claims that mysteriously never materialize. 

And then he demonstrates exactly why his answers suck: he skims a question, picks out a keyword, and then refuses to read the rest of a persons post, ignoring their true problem as he buffaloes his own mostly useless novella-length garbage and then insists that the person give him a “Best Answer” for it. Answering questions on the Facebook Help Forum requires patience, understanding and the willingness to actually read and comprehend a persons issues before dashing off and doing some idiotic “keyword” search and engage in a conversation with them if need be. 

And he wants to charge people for his pathetic and often confusing slop. Is it just me, or did you hear Carlos’s demand for money for his answers in the voice of that weird guy in those water filter commercials, “No PUR Filter, NO STARS!!!”?

And just to make it crystal clear he actually does read my “flummadiddle” (”flumadiddle” for those of you who like your words spelled correctly), he addresses me by his pet name for me, and then goes on to make some idiotic connection between me and a squirrel. Hey, Carlos...how about getting off your cheapskate butt and actually having that window fixed? You made it pretty obvious that the squirrel is getting in through a broken window, but rather than hiring a handyman to repair it, you insisted on exposing your family to plague, lice and fleas among other things that squirrels can carry, and instead finally opted for a “hill billy solution”. If you need a 2x4 to fix a “gap” in a window, the squirrel is the least of your problems.

Of course I “get it” that he’s trying to insult me by insinuating that I have a small brain. And of course he trots out his other “favorite concept”: Pavlov and his dogs. The fact that he’s (over) using this as his go-to example since he returned from his little 9 month long “vacation” suggests he learned it only recently. Just like his false assumption that I don’t play chess (I was a member of the Chess Team in high school), he also assumes that I’m unfamiliar with Dr. Ivan Pavlov. Considering that the dog my family had when I was growing up was named after Dr. Pavlov, I also know that Dr. Pavlov actually never used the iconic bell in his research, but rather employed stimuli that he could control the quality and duration of, such as a metronome, a harmonium, a buzzer, and electric shock. Furthermore, most of Dr. Pavlov’s research involved conducting various surgeries on his dog subjects -most that would be outlawed today. Too bad Carlos doesn't read this, or he’d learn something.

An interesting side trip today, Gentle Readers... So, the Braggartly, self-proclaimed “God of the Facebook Help Forum” has again proven to be “All Talk, No Substance”. While busy claiming he’s the “Bestest Facebook Answerer EVAR!!”, I logged in earlier today to find this next to my name in the Help Forum:

Facebook recently began a new system for people who answer questions on the Help Forum. called the Facebook Help Community Star Contributor Program. Basically, it means: Rising Star [gray star]: Newer members of the Help Community who are already sharing great answers. Star Contributor [blue star]: Some of the most knowledgeable and active community contributors.

The weird thing is, I didn’t set out to get a Star, nor did I even think I could get one. Carlos, on the other hand, believes he’s entitled to one. All I’ve been doing is giving clear, concise and friendly answers to the questions I feel confident I have the right answer to, so it was a huge surprise to me when I discovered the star next to my name. 

So, it seems that Carlos runs on a 12 day calendar when it comes to his sick need to mention me. This time however, he’s made a huge mistake.  While schmoozing up a new batch of impressionable followers...again, mostly women...he makes this rather telling post:

Yep...he flat out admits that he intends to illegally write about me in his upcoming “book”. Of course, he goes on to spout off some quasi-psychoanalysis, but my lawyer was rather interested in that paragraph were he publicly admits that he intends to commit premeditated libel. He’s going to find that his “lemonade” is very bitter indeed. He keeps lying to whoever will listen, insisting that he’s the poor, poor harassment victim, but he has yet to provide even one syllable of proof to his claim. I, however, have posted more than enough proof...his own posts. I’ve proven that he attacked me, that he continues to purposely misinterpret one post I made, that he’s repeatedly called me a “bitch” in public posts, that he’s also sexually harassed me on said public posts -which included instructions on how to masturbate, and that he continues to post harassing things about me.

And then he has the gall to equate me with a rapist? This is just more typical “Carlos” behavior toward women who don’t bow down to him in literal worship. He treats any woman who dares to stand up to him this way, as I’ve also proven. He’s currently got a fresh new batch of women he’s bedazzling with his bullcrap, but let just one of them speak out against him, and they’ll see the true Carlos E. Jean-Gilles...the one who’s been bullying, harassing and flat out lying about me for over 3 years now.
