Introducing S2 Green, a delightfully soothing variation on the classic StimuWrite Two theme! S2 Green is FREE for all members of the patreon, including free members.

This simple yet elegant theme pairs nicely with nature backgrounds, but will fit in just about any vibe you are going for. I hope you all enjoy, more to come!

With this update, StimuWrite can now have a new addon type installed: Enhancement Packs! Enhancement Packs add content to the app like additional video backgroundsh and soundscapes. The first enhancement pack is available to download for all StimuWrite patrons, here on the patreon page. 

The other big news is that StimuWrite now runs on Godot 3.6.2 which means better performance and more stability! This is a big under the hood change, that I hope make everything run smoother.

I've been working on larger and more exciting features over the past months as well, but they aren't yet ready to be released. I might post a teaser soon, though!

Flowing Water (Exclusive)

Take a dip in this calming and cooling theme for those of us who are currently experiencing Summer--or wish they were! This light theme features an animated writing panel and very slow video background.

Red Snow (Early Access)

From an upcoming theme pack based on color filtered landscapes comes: Red Snow! This theme is perfect for those of us in the Southern Hemisphere who are currently experiencing Winter--or anyone who wants to feel a unique winter vibe! This dark theme features a red filtered video background of a snowy forest, and a computer terminal-like feel. It's perfect for writers who like to write in absolute darkness.

Members in the Writer and Wordsmith tier can now vote on The Theme of the Season! The theme of the season is a quarterly theme created from the ideas of the community. The poll will go out some time next month after I've collected enough suggestions.

Wordsmith (and Legendary) tier members can now suggest theme ideas! Look in your feed for the post to comment your idea to be potentially voted on for creation.

Pink Blossom (Early Access)

A cute pastel theme to celebrate blooming flowers! It features a calming Cherry Blossom video background. This theme uses graphics created by Penzilla Design.

Garden Wall (Early Access)

A peaceful theme inspired by a stylish garden. It features a calming video background of a field of flowers.

Introducing... Progress Pals!

Progress Pals is an addon for the free app StimuWrite, and the latest in neurospicy/ADHD writing technology. These four fun characters act as alternatives to the progress bar! As your word count increases, each of them progresses in their own unique way, reaching their goal along with you. You can even customize their size to place them perfectly in your writing environment.

Fixed bug where background would incorrectly switch to theme bg during certain actions

Fixed bug where TypingSound volume would not update when Overlapping typing sounds were turned off

You can find the latest version on my itchio page. The easiest way to keep StimuWrite up to date automatically is to download and launch it through the itcio app.

April's perk for StimuWrite is early access to the most innovative and fun addon yet! It's called Progress Pals, fun animated characters that act as an alternative or augmentation to the progress bar. Check out the patreon if you are interested!

I'm so glad it's helped you!

As for an android version: unfortunately, this (and an iOS version) is no longer in active development due to the many many roadblocks I came across in Godot. Likely for it to work well enough for it to be usable on those platforms I will have to build an entirely new app from the ground up.
