64 oz Water -Divided into 2- 32 oz cups. BIG GULPS from 7-11 are PERFECT!
           Baking Soda- .75 cents + FREE WATER = < $1.00Â
I think if you are over 150 LBS- 4 heaping tablespoons is more than enough.
Below 150 LBS - 3 heaping tablespoons is also enough.
SKINNY MINNY PIPE PRINCESSES below 100 LBS- 2 tablespoons is enough.Â
   WATER STAYS THE SAME FOR EVERYONE, NO MATTER WHAT.Â
6 HOURS BEFORE TEST- take 32 oz of WATER and half of your baking soda dose and dissolve it in the water. You DRINK THE ENTIRE 32 OZ of WATER in one sitting.Â
PEE JUST ONCE IF POSSIBLE BETWEEN 1st batch of water and second.
3 HOURS BEFORE TEST- Drink HALF OF THE REST OF THE WATER/BAKING SODA.Â
You can take the other 16 oz of water/BS mix with you when you test since you are going to have to pee once you are there. Drink it right before you get there.Â

Baking Soda makes an amphetamine or methamphetamine high more potent. It intensifies the effect and can lead to an overdose so donât take too much baking soda. It will make your high really intense but itâs because you amphetamine plasma levels will be really high as this all happens at the cellular level. Baking soda Is 1 of 2 drugs that make your urine alkaline so amphetamines canât leave your body thus they remain active, for another 6 hours. Also amphetamines are nearly unchanged and the metabolites that do exist are also amphetamines.
