"I actually have such a good angle, James, I can see pretty much everything!" Tina chimed. They had come to the festival without a step stool, because Tina couldn't take that kind of hit to her pride, and it had been going great without it so far. The band was just starting. Tina and James were both stood with a beer, and Tina a little tub of fries that she wasn't going to share.
That was, until the band picked up pace and the crowd really got going. Now Tina was tiptoeing, leaning this way and that way, just to get a good view and not spill her drink.
Finally, space cleared - so she thought. She sighed with relief, smiled even, and then—
A full grown man, miles taller than Tina, and wider than in the shoulders than any gym bro she'd ever seen, stopped dead in front of her.
The man was a barely a nose hair away from the tip of Tina's nose, now turning scarlet.
If you looked close enough, her beer was starting to boil in its plastic cup.
And to make matters worse, he wasn't even bobbing his head in time with the music! He was just standing there like an idiot!!!!
Tina's face gave away exactly what she was thinking.
She was bright red, shoulders up to her ears, and glancing quite rapidly between the man's shoulder blades and the beer in her hand.
He would move if she threw it at him, right?
Tina squared up, forgetting, in her frustration, that James was standing right next to her.
