My last thought is about the character designs from Snezhnaya. They don't look like characters from one exact region. Each of them could literally be from Mondstadt or Fontaine, or even Nod-Krai. I, personally, don't feel the motif, the "cultural code", so to speak—even if we completely ignore the part where they don't look like the inhabitants of the coldest region of the entire Teyvat. If the NPCs represent the region better—that's a huge problem.
