I'm a student at UofE in Scotland doing a joint degree in sociology and psychology. I use they/them pronouns, I'm Scottish, and am working towards becoming a psychotherapist. I feel psychology misses a lot without understanding individuals within a society, so I chose to study them together.

I also am interested in philosophy, revolutionary history, and am trying to get better at sewing. I'm very into leftist politics (not too much online, but boots on the ground), interesting music, and doing a bitta partying.

Oh my goodness, I've not updated in a good long while! My current issue is making sure I've passed my final exams for first year and paying off the mad debt I've aquired through first year. The central problem I'm having in fixing that is my deeply avoidant/ procrastinatinator personality. God I'm overwhelmed and nervous I won't be able to fix what needs fixed, but I will get there. I always do.

Although, my first year is over and that is something worth being proud of. You can always get bogged down with next thing, next thing, next thing, but I think its okay for me to take a minute and be pleased.

I'm exhausted and on the verge of burnout, but it's almost the end of the semester, and I just need to push through. My last report for DapR1 should be submitted this afternoon, and then for that class, I only have the exam, which I'll need to grind for. Regarding sociology, next Tuesday I've got one last tutorial to go to and one more essay to submit. Finally, for psychology, I've got a report to submit for my research participation, a presentation next week for the research work, and a final exam, which I'll likely have to grind for as well. My personal life is kind of shambolic at the moment, but I am seeing someone very lovely, so that is a silver lining. I'm almost done.
