This is literally all I’ve been thinking today 😭

So basically, I really want to focus on the Karasuno first years because I feel like there aren’t enough of them. Especially ones that focus on all five of them!!! I am sick and tired of my girl Yachi being left out!!! Or even worse: being treated like a pick me 😭

But anyway, that’s neither here nor there…

So! Picture this:::

A Hinata who still manages to stay optimistic in a time like this, while also looking after Natsu and making sure no harm comes to her. I feel like he’d be somewhat driven by the hope for a better future, and that one day all of this will blow over like a bad dream and he’ll get to play volleyball again . I think that Hinata would play such an integral role in bringing people together, not unlike how he does in the show.

A Kageyama who’s still hurt and angry by his teammates at Kitagawa Daiichi turning their back on him, and then having to deal with this mess on top of that. Major trust issues would ensue, even if it was just over a petty issue. Imagine being alone like that in a scenario like this. And even if his teammates let him stick with them, there’d still be the looming thought of ‘if they turned their backs on me once, they could just as easily do it again’.

A Tsukishima who only has Yamaguchi to lean on and trust, not being comfortable to allow anyone else into his stone wall of a heart. I think that he’d regret his decision to push Akiteru away because now he knows that he’ll never get the chance to reconcile with him. Tsukishima definitely won’t be most agreeable of the group, especially when it comes to help, but I think his role in this is important nonetheless!!!

A Yamaguchi who knows damn well that he wouldn’t be able to survive out here if it wasn’t for Tsukki. A Yamaguchi who pushes Tsukishima to make connections with other people, insisting that it’s better for survival and definitely not because Tadashi thinks that he’s going die and doesn’t what Kei to be left on his own or anything… ha ha ha… funny.

And a Yachi who got separated from her mum within the first week of the outbreak, and is now trying to stubble her way through the apocalypse. On top of the worry of being caught by zombies, she’s also left to battle her paranoia that she’s going to have a run in with a not so nice group of men- I fear she’d rather be caught by zombies actually. I think that, just like the show, Hinata would play a crucial role in making her feel comfortable around them all- the presence of Natsu would also help.

But yeah, I have SO many idea for this AU and where I want to take it- or at least up until they get to Tokyo…

I’ll probably end up posting this on AO3 after I’ve written the first few chapters. I hope whoever’s reading this found this interesting!!!!

Tetsuro Kuroo

It was Friday once again and Y/n was determined to beat the boy sat in front of her in the up-and-coming quiz they had this lesson. Although the boy hadn’t really done anything wrong, Y/n felt mortally offended by him upstaging her with a higher score. Once the teacher came in, he slowly began to walk around the room handing out the papers. As soon as Y/n got hers, she put her head down immediately and got to work, as though she was in some kind of life-or-death situation to beat Kuroo, the boy in front of her. 

When the thirty-minute timer went off, the answers were put up on the board and, once again, as more people finished marking theirs, more and more numbers flew around the room.

“Kuroo what did you get?” a classmate asked, making the boy laugh smugly.

“Nineteen again”, Kuroo continued to smirk “Maths is too easy for me, I need a harder challenge. But hey! At least we know who the smartest in the class is, right?”. Many people looked at him in awe, as though he was the smartest person in the world. This made Y/n grin and cued her to tap the boy on the back. Once he’d fully turned around, the girl smugly held her test up so he could see.

“Twenty”, Y/n grinned even more as she watched the smug look on the boy’s face twist into one of embarrassment “I suppose that I’m the smartest now, eh?”. Y/n said this as though it was some clever come back, when in actuality she’d been practicing what to say to him in the whole of the night before in the mirror.

Asahi Azumane

It had almost been a week since Y/n and Azumane were voted joint scariest in the year and, as annoyed as the girl was to have earned that title, she was glad that she wasn’t going though it alone. Instead of coming to a group conclusion about which one person was awarded the not-so-nice title, they decided that they would split the title between the two as the class all seemed to agree that Azumane had the scarier appearance and Y/n the personality. 

“Y/n! You’re not still sulking with me, are you?” Kamiki questioned while throwing an arm around her friend, “You now, I didn’t actually think that the class would agree with me. If I had of, I wouldn’t have nominated you... Look on the bright side though, at least you got a title”

“You make it sound as though ‘joint scariest in the year’ is a good title to have”, Y/n replied, knocking her friend’s arm off her shoulder before continuing “And anyway, you could’ve put me forward for something nicer”

“Oh, stop sulking! You’re hardly ‘fittest in the year’ if that’s what you’re implying. Look, I love you and everything but like Shimizu is a goddess! I was hardly going to argue with that, was I?” Kamiki scoffed making Y/n laugh, “Anyway, I’ve got to run now- I promised that I’d help tutor this second year. Bye!!!”

Y/n waved as she watched her friend run off, bumping into people every now and again. One of the people who her best friend happened to bump to was the boy with the same title as her, causing them to make eye contact once he’d turn back around. The girl had been trying to avoid him as much as she could for someone she sat next to each day. It’s not as though she disliked the guy, its just that he’d seemed a bit embarrassed of the title he’d been ’awarded’ so Y/n thought that it was best to leave him be, but seeing as they’d made eye contact, she thought it rude not to go over.

“Azumane!” Y/n called out before he had the chance to sneak off, “I haven’t asked, how are you doing after Monday?”

“Ah, um, as good as possible for someone who was dubbed ‘scariest in the year”, he said fairly nervously while rubbing his nape as he continued “Well, with the exception of you, of course. Ah! I hope that wasn’t rude of me to say!”. The boy waved his hands in front of himself, making Y/n laugh due to his nervous demeaner. 

“Don’t worry. It’s true, isn’t it?” The girl smiled, “Besides, I’d much rather share the title with you than have it to myself"

Daichi Sawamura

It had now been a day since Y/n had approached Sawamura for help and once again she was walking her little brother to school, listening to him ramble on about his first ever volleyball practice as though he hadn’t told her all about it yesterday. 

“And then I hit the ball and it was like ‘wam’ on my hand and then ‘bam’ when it hit the floor!” Yuta jumped up and down while waving his arms to further get his point across to his sister. Y/n laughed as she continued to entertain her brother’s antics and before they knew it, they were at his Elementary School. The young boy gave the older girl a small hug before running away to jump on one of his friends. Y/n waved goodbye, not knowing if he’d seen or not, before turning to walk to her own school. 

“L/n!” Y/n turned around at the mention of her last name to see Sawamura waving at her. The girl waved back and paused to let him catch up to her, “I’ve never realised that you live around here, if I’d have known I would’ve said ‘hi’ earlier”

“That’s because I don’t”, Y/n replied once he was next to her “I was dropping my little brother off at school. Also, thank you again for agreeing to teach me about volleyball, I appreciate it”

“You don’t need to thank me, it’s not like I mind. I enjoy talking about the sport I play”, Sawamura smiled at the girl next to him as they walked “If you’d like I can teach you a bit now while we walk”. The two spent the next few minutes talking to each other before arriving at the school gate where they waved goodbye and walked off to go find their significant friends

Ok so I've written up a few plans for the 'Second Meeting' of my Haikyu!! boyfriend scenarios series that I've just started to post on here! I have written a few of them up fully but I'm not sure if I should post them now or wait until I've written them up fully lol so I'll ask my friend what they think tomorrow.

Also thank you so much for interacting with them! Every time I log on to my account it genuinely makes me smile knowing that people are liking these!!! Also I'm going to try and have all of the second meetings written by Monday (hopefully) and then I can start moving onto the fun stuff!!!
