It's Gesture Monday! And today I focused on weight. This was challenging but rewarding to see it come to life

It's another Throwback Thursday illustration day! Another image I did for the Atlanta Journal Constitution a decade or so ago.

Today I decided to go back to the basics and learn the head from scratch (hard to relent and go backwards, but need to pick up the basics). Happy to learn these things and will start implementing them more.

These guys aren't fighting, I'm just working on head gestures and work in perspective/profile

It's gesture drawing Monday! I took the tornado approach today to render out a figure. Kinda happy how this turned out, definitely has a lot of movement for sure

It's the draw100something day and I'm onto Grizzly number 11! This big ursa was fun to draw (I drew him from a photo an added in a bunch of expression). I'm not really so great at painting (digital or physical) so that was a challenge, however practice makes perfect right? Would love to know your thoughts on this piece if you have a second.
