Surprise! Here is another release from me, following my Calm EP from a month ago. These four tracks are primarily ambient guitar and synth-based tracks and they are from the same sessions as the tracks from Calm. Early on in the writing process it became clear that certain tracks seemed to have a flow together and I decided to break what might have been an album into smaller parts (or EPs) that worked better for me. . The space theme of the titles and artwork came out of the floating feeling that these tracks each give me, although the final track eventually builds into some complex rhythmical layers. Today my new 3 track EP "Calm" has been released. I created the music on this EP to invoke a meditative and peaceful experience for the listener. The first two tracks are essentially musical reflections of each other, while the third is a hazy, nostalgic trip into memory.
