"O-Of course not..." An obvious lie, considering his state of affairs in general. He leans into his petting a bit, like an eager kitten.

"You’re fine, darling. And don’t say that— you aren’t trash, or anything close." Meh. She probably has blood in her scalp from scratching at the stitches. Heck doctors and their advice about what to do with a cut on your head. Heck them. "I’ve missed you! Very much!"

"Ah... yeah, s-sure..." Halfhearted words, undoubtedly. The slave rubbed the back of his neck per usual, clawing slightly at a few of the scabbed over scars and scratches.  Surely Sevby would have a mini panic attack if he knew Marci got hurt. And we all know that nobody likes angst. "I've missed you t-too... s-sorry! B-Both for making you l-like me enough to msis me and a-also for not being around..."

      Stares at the other because he doesn’t quite understand. Backs away until he’s not able to be seen and approaches him again.. but slower.

The maneuver has worked! The slave is no longer startled. "H-H-Howdy...!"

"No don’t go what the frickle frackle." Cool kids don’t cuss, you know. And, Marci, what the heck, stop clinging to people.

"G-G-Gomen... I m-m-m-misread the s-situation I'm s-sorry I'm trash..." You probably don't want to cling to him -- he smells pretty bad.

Takes the flower crown off and puts it on Sevby. “Where’ve you been cutie?”

He smiles and pulls the flower crown onto his matted hair, before giving a small smile. "Oh, you know, where I usually am!"

"Stop disappearin’ on all of us! I keep gettin’ scared you got hurt."

"S-Sorry! I am property, s-so it's kind of hard to get f-f-f-free time! B-But I'll try."

"I don’t—- understand.” Marci you dingus get your head in the game.
