Hello.

I'm still alive.

I forget the last time I wrote anything here but since 2016 I have:

Moved to Minnesota Beaten stage 4 cancer Gotten married Been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and autism Become legally disabled because of the above (and other things) Adopted four cats through various means and methods, ranging from full adoption with a rescue to a cat literally walking into my house and not leaving Come out as nonbinary ("unsubscribed to gender," pronouns are they/them)

I got an email today that apparently my blog is twelve years old. TWELVE YEARS OLD. I don’t even know. That’s a long time.

So I figured I’d log in.

I don’t remember the last time I actually posted on this blue hellsite. I’m pretty sure it was after I moved to Minnesota. Did I mention I had cancer? I’m in remission now, three years and counting. Did I mention I got married in 2018?

Dealing with Covid-19 by NEVER LEAVING MY HOUSE Preparing to buy our first house (v exciting) Retroactively discovered Jack’s Mannequin and Something Corporate through Andrew McMahon’s solo stuff and wow was I missing out for years Roleplaying again Made good friends roleplaying Also met some terrible people roleplaying but we don’t talk about that I have two cats now Their names are Miles and Frank They’re amazing Still can’t upload a profile pic because I guess I’m in the NAUGHTY ZONE

Tumblr support got back to me and said that my blog had been flagged as explicit before the 17th and I would have to literally go back through almost a decade’s worth of posts and remove all explicit material in order to simply change my avatar from the default.

This is ridiculous and stupid and I’m out.

I may just make a new Tumblr in the future but right now I’m just really salty about this so...yeah.
